Snowmass Mountain Lodging — Local services in Snowmass Village

We have stayed here twice now and both times we have been very disappointed by the both the breakfast selection and the quality of the food. Our room included free breakfast but did not include tax or gratuity. For two of us, our "free" breakfast cost us $22. Oatmeal from Starbucks would have tasted better and saved us a bunch of money. Also note that they add a 20% gratuity to the check. For room service the gratuity is in addition to the room service fee.

The rooms are big, beautiful and comfortable and the amenities are good, which they'd better be since they charge a $50 resort fee. But next time we will be getting our breakfast...

We rented a 3-bedroom condo in the Hayden's Lodge. The location is unbeatable, at the base of the mountain with easy access to the gondola, restaurants, shopping and activities. The staff was friendly, easy to get ahold of and provided detailed information at check-in. The unit itself was stunning. Vaulted ceilings, plenty of space for the group, a balcony looking out at the ski yard/village, beautiful kitchen with all the basics (utensils, plates, glassware, pots, pans, etc.). I...

Be very careful with this company. They will charge you for every little item. As an owner you will not be able to return a profit with their split and they will nickel and dime you on “cleaning charges”. They can’t even make beds properly but charge for the service.
