Went out of my way to leave this review. We were there for the grand opening. We live at the end of the street, about a five minute walk away. We have been DYING for a place like this. I’ve been in the service industry since 1996. I work at a fancy place but I’m not fancy, I care about food quality and service. Everyone there is so incredibly nice, and the food was excellent. Way beyond my expectations. Guac was fresh and so was the salsa and the enchiladas were amazing. Drinks were strong and well made. Read moreI came to try out this new place but I would not come back. It’s a Mexican restaurant but the only thing that is Mexican is the decor. They had only Colombian music playing the entire time I was there. The tonic was gross, you could taste the tap water. The salsa they served with the chips was very watery and it tasted like tap water too. The tacos were just meat in a tortilla, nothing special about the seasoning. The service was excellent, the waitress was very nice and attentive. But, she didn’t know a couple of items in the menu. Then we placed our food, we ordered nachos with jalapeños on the side, brings us tacos. So we waited for almost 30 minutes for the nachos, then it ended up coming with jalapeños, extra if that.
