We were walk ins on a Wednesday around 3ish. The place was mostly empty for us that day.
Short Version: The price matches the quality. Youll be hard pressed finding a place that does what they do better than here. If you think you cant afford it save up until you can, at a minimum get the T bone.
Long Version: The staff is a great mix of relaxed, cool, and proffessional. We told them we were a little nervous and they totally helped us relax despite how bad we typically are at socializing.
We got the ceaser salad, mashed potatoes, and T bone steak,(gonna talk about that a lot). One of the few places that mean it when they say the plate is HOT. Most places just say that and the plate might be hot. This place gave me the burn to prove it.
Read moreWe were here for our anniversary dinner. Being our first time, we expected a lot, but were very underwhelmed. The only good things about our meal were the salads and bread. We both decided on the filet/lobster combo. The quality of the steaks were average at best. The cooking... terrible. My husband's was supposed to be medium, but was well done on the outside and purple on the inside. The lobster was completely overcooked and dried out.The garlic mashed potatoes had no hint of garlic and were so soupy they fell through the fork. They may have been out of a box,, they were so tasteless. The asparagus side was pitiful. Six tiny pieces that were overcooked and shriveled and dried up. Another concern was the serving of the dinner plates. We were told by our server the they are fired at 500 degrees and to be very careful. We've eaten at many steakhouses where this is the case, so we thought we knew what to expect. The meal was served to us with only the flaming hot dinner plate!! No cooler charger plate underneath. We were afraid to go near them! Dangerous and a liability to say the least. Lastly, the after dinner coffee was cold and stale. For $300 for two people, we expected so much more. We were there at the dinner hour on a Fri night and the dining room was almost empty. Maybe everyone knew something we didn't. Lesson learned. Last time at this place. I would not recommend...
