I went to this location on Friday November 13th and had a order from the BK App which was the 2 croissant sandwich meals. I asked the lady at the drive thru what the order behind me was and I decided to pay for that one as well. She gave me my drinks and my bag and I went on to work. When I opened the bag it was the order I had paid for not mine. I know things happen but I could not go back and had to go to McDonalds. So I kept trying to call the store to let them know and see about going the next day but the phone just rang and rang. I called cooperate and they confirmed the number. She said she had opened a store case and that she would reach out to them. I went there this morning (11/14/2020) and pulled up to the drive thru and started telling the lady the issue and she said that is not a good number for us. She was very rude as I was trying to tell her the situation. She asked me if I had my receipt but I did not have it with me but the call center said they would have the case. The lady at the drive thru stated that she was the DM and she had no cases for breakfast. I asked her if my name was on there and she said I cant tell you that. I had not even given her my name yet. She told me very rudely that she was the DM and that I was looking for free food. my meal was only $6 and some change. But I paid for it and did not receive it. I was so upset and shocked that the "DM" would speak to a customer that way I just said forget it and drove off. I called cooperate back and she pulled up my case from the day before and added this incident. I am waiting on a response now from the regional manager. Read moreI NEVER PLAN ON EATING AT THIS BURGER KING AGAIN!!! Ordered a whopper jr. with no tomato asked for extra onions and pickles. When I got food went to sit down and opened sandwich and it was a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Took it back to lady at register and told her I ordered a whopper not chicken. She looked at me and said no you didn't she proceeded to turn and look at menu behind her and tell me that I ordered a number whatever it was for the spicy sandwich. I know I looked puzzled for a min but I said no ma'am I ordered a number 4.I guess it was the manager she called to her side and told her that it was supposed to be a whopper not chicken and better yet tried to make it sound as if I were lying. Anyway the order was fixed but there was a price difference in sandwiches whopper combo was $4.99 and chicken combo was $7 something. I had to tell the lady that took the order that there was a price difference, but did get it straight. Although, I probably wouldn't even complain about this,but a older couple had just ordered while I was trying to straighten my order out and the gentleman asked the same lady that took my order if she had put no mayo on his sandwich and right in front of him she told her boss he DID NOT tell me that. Therefore I will complain about this particular place because she not only got my order wrong she got the older couple's order wrong also (absolutely no respect for older couple) and didn't want to be responsible for her own mistakes and no respect for customers. Read moreI'll never come here again. And you can hold me to it. Sat in drive thru line for nearly 10 minutes before someone spoke up on the speaker box to ask what I wanted. Gave them my order and pulled around. While sitting in front of the window for another 10 minutes (yes this really happened) I heard what sounded like a supervisor yelling at the employees about not having items to fulfill orders, and some of the employees yelling back at her. I've never worked management for a fast food restaurant before, but I've worked in management long enough to know that the majority of the customer service complaints here along with mine, come from up top. Not sure as to who exactly as I simply do not know anyone there, but you don't treat your employees this way. EVER. I was angry about waiting so long for food that tasted absolutely awful today, but to be honest, more of my frustration and outrage is coming from seeing and hearing how the staff were being treated today during lunch rush (1/5/2023). This franchise should be ashamed with itself and if we're smart, someone on a divisional or regional level really should come in, shut it down long enough to clean house. At 36 years old I've never seen such disarray, mis-management, abuse, and clutter in a restaurant in my entire life. Enough so to where I felt like I immediately needed to say something.
