Jimmy John's — Restaurant in South Carolina

I placed an online order for pickup today and I will be a forever customer. I showed up almost 15 min early with 2 kids both under the age of 2 after a very trying morning. The entire staff was quick to greet us in an incredibly friendly and welcoming manner. They then proceeded to not only get my large order ready early without me having to ask but they also carried it to my car for me after noticing my hands were full with the kids. It may sound simple, but the kindness they showed me made my whole day and the sandwhiches were perfect and exactly as I ordered them. This JJ location has an incredible staff, I can't wait to...

I have been ordering delivery from the Bluffton location for several years and always had good service.....however.....the last time I ordered as well as today.....they decided to have Uber deliver the order and both times were a terrible experience. Last time.....I never got my order....I called the restaurant and my order came 2 hrs later. Today.....I only got a drink and did not get my food at all. When called the restaurant.....I was told they had no one to deliver it to me and that my order will be voided...leaving me with no lunch. So much for customer service.......I will not be ordering...

I’ve had the firecracker wrap on bread before. Called to put my order in to be answered by the manager, Jose, and he was extremely rude about me wanting my firecracker on bread. Told me this is the last time they’ll be making it this way. Which was weird because putting the sandwich on bread is no different than a wrap. Then on my sandwich wrapper, he wrote “last time” instead of the # of the order. As if I’m not allowed to make changes to a sandwich from Jimmy John’s that I’ve already had before with no questions asked. Completely...
