McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

My husband went to get 2 happy meals 6 pieces chicken nuggets and asked for extra fries and guess what one happy meal contained absolutely NO FRIES NO APPLE slices! I have toddler crying right now! For 4 year old it’s devastating! Second happy meal had regular xtra small fries and no apple slices no extra fries! For little toddler it’s like end of the world! That is NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR ! If they slack so much and use macdonalds benefits but work awful, customer service awful why they even work there in a first place and even touch kids meals?! Macdonalds has great mission but sloppy workers like this destroy businesses, while they complain too much they are the reasons such businesses go out of business. Irresponsible! Rude service! Filling own stomach and rip off both customers and businesses such ppl work for! You just MADE MY YOUNGER CHILD CRY! My husband multiple times asked for EXTRA F RIES FOR BOTH BOYS YET YOU DIDNT PROVIDE FORNONE BOY AT ALL, didn’t provide apple slices either, second boy happy meal had regular kids size fries (and no extra fries) and also no apple slices! We moved here back in July and 4 times we were at this location both 4 times order was NEVER RIGHT! If I would know my husband was next to THIS Macdonalds, I would never relay boys wish for macdonalds meal! How can you explain to 3 year old that workers at that macdonalds hate their own job and absolutely don’t care of customers which is why orders always wrong and...

Food ordered was as expected. Big Mac, Quarter Pounder w/cheese, Fillet-o-fish, med fries. When we arrived around 1:15 PM or so to order, there was a line nearly out the door for just a single register. This took longer than expected. Our food was done relatively quickly after ordering, though.

The less positive: no diet Coke. The second request resulted in the manager telling my wife they were out. They have 4 dispensers dedicated to diet Coke. No Coke Zero, or many other possible Coke products as choices. My wife also then discovered the dispensers were out of Sprite, so she chose Coke. She told staff about the Sprite, and we observed it was fixed before we departed. There was no ketchup in the dispenser, so I had to go back again to ask for some. Seems it's only kept at the drive thru window. Last, the ladies restroom. One stall available for my wife as other was occupied. Very cramped and door lock didn't work. The door almost hits toilet, so she has to go up next to toilet to close the door, then move back to front of toilet to use. Reverse to get out. And hold door closed! She also stated the hand dryer was very weak. Men's room seemed okay for me.

Placed a mobile order and the order was never delivered. After waiting in the designated parking spot for 25 minutes I went inside to see my order sitting behind the counter. The girl at the register gave me the bag and I returned to my truck to eat. The food was already cold and multiple items from the order was missing so I went back inside. The same girl still behind the register turned and walked away as soon as I stepped up to the counter. She made eye contact with me at least two more times but still would not return to the register. Another associate, who was actually working the fryers and helping at the window, eventually came over and gave me the rest of my order. There was a full staff with no other customers at the counter and no reason I should have waited for service especially after they had already messed up a very simple order twice at this point and caused me to spend over half an hour just trying to get the correct food. This location needs a serious change in management if this is how their associates treat customers on top of bad service. Not the first time I've had problems there and I definitely will not come back to this...
