Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

Let me start by saying I usually love getting food from this location. I order online, and "skip the line" all the time. Love the rewards program as well. However, tonight did not go well at all. 1st they did not receive my online order so it was not ready when i got there. Had to wait on food. Didn't take too long though. Then they got the order wrong by not giving me my cup of guacamole and cup of queso i had ordered. THEN they only gave me like one handful of chips!!! This was an order for two people, and i only received enough chips for maybe 1/2 person. I didn't check before leaving because this has never been a problem. Not sure what the issue is tonight. It's not my fault the order didn't go through on their end. I have a confirmation number, and i better only get charged for what i ordered. This was way below my expectations of this restaurant, and does not display a sense of caring from the employees. I've had several meals here and they have been mediocre. My most recent visit was the most disappointing. I ordered the nachos with steak and after seeing how much meat they served I asked for double meat...they said it would be an up charge and i was ok with that...but then i only got another half scoop of meat and I questioned it and said shouldn't i get another full scoop? They said that was the portion I was getting. I sat down and started eating and the first couple chips i had were overly salty but thought it was just a fluke thing...they couldn't all be this salty. I mean it was lip puckering, chug my tea kind of salty. I ate a few more and they all seemed to be that way. I went up front and just mentioned that they needed to check the chips because I thought someone may have over salted them. I was informed that's the way there were and if I didn't like them to not order them...that will be my last...

i’ve been a regular at this moes for over a year. I have never once had a bad experience with staff or with the food being served. When i came in yesterday (7/23) around 7 for dinner, the staff were all yelling back and forth with each other, i had to wait to be served when no one was in line because they were all too busy joking around, the cashier forgot to ring in an extra side due to the chaos taking place behind him. additionally, when i finally sat down to enjoy my food the boys were continuing to yell back and forth, talk in high pitched playful voices, and then finally playing hide and go seek in the lobby and scaring each other!! and now i am sick as a dog the morning after because ultimately the lack of care and cleanliness of the staff last night. moes has never made me sick or upset but they have definitely lost a...
