Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

See what i wrote a week ago!I'm so disappointed by today. I arrived a few minutes before opening so I waited in my car until 3 minutes after 11am. As i was walking to door a woman got out of passenger door of running car parked by door and went in with me,, she was the staff. My sandwiches had hardly any meat. The bread was short and she used old lettuce. If I had said anything to her I would be a Karen so I'm saying it here. Last visit was so much better. I had given it all 5 stars

I was greeted upon entry, handled professionally and kindly. The service was reasonably quick and the two staff had a good system going for orders. I really enjoyed my sandwich. I was relieved because I had stopped going to this Subway a couple years ago because the food and service had been bad, but not this time. We stopped here for dinner last night and walked in with no greeting but to be ignored for 5 minutes. We were the only customer in the store. Meanwhile, one of the employees was sitting on the counter playing on his phone with his pants half way down his legs and the female that was working peeked out from the back before trying to hide her child in the back. Upon taking our order she was extremely rude and it felt very awkward. Sorry for interrupting your schedule to do your job! The place was filthy! Counters unsanitary. Toilet paper thrown throughout the store and on the floor. No fresh lettuce set out and no tea was made. Chips were not stocked as well as condiments. Very disappointed with this Subway! Will not return to...

I went in for dinner expecting the usual Subway subpar service but was shocked to receive the best service I've ever had at Subway or probably any other fast food restaurant. The young man working was polite, courteous, friendly, and fast...everything you expect to NOT have but always hope for. I wish I'd gotten his name, but whoever the young man was that was working the evening of May 23 deserves praise. Thank you young man. You made my evening better just by being the exception to the rule. Owner: please find out who it was...
