I absolutely love the cookies but the many times we have been to the new Mt P location it is hard to watch the unorganized prep area. Some observations are…The store is always slammed on the weekends and I waited for over 10min to get my 4 cookies, many were frustrated- and they had 7 employees! The space that the employees have to assemble cookies in boxes and pull from the warmer is so crammed. They are all reaching over each other and trying to pull out trays from warmer all with prep tables shoved behind them. It’s hard to watch. Then they have sooo many prep tables they all have to weave around and half aren’t even being used! They then walk the prepared box between about 2 ft of space between the wall and another prep table to present your cookies. Just makes no sense! The shuffling and bumping into everything and each other all night! Some form of assembly line or clearing the space out of some tables to stream line the process, creating systems between employees and efficiently giving enough worktop space to assemble cookies. The cookies are so incredible and I feel the store can function so much more efficiently if small changes are made to help streamline production. You got this...
Read moreI was very disappointed in my experience at this location. The employee who brought my order curbside did not speak at all. They ignored me and my families greeting, handed over the cookies and didn’t say a word. It would have been nice to at least get a hello, goodbye or thank you. The employee was blatantly rude and purposely disregarding our presence. I believe this was due to our race and skin color. I can’t think of any other reason to be treated that way even after treating this employee with kindness and respect. We also tipped this employee beforehand through the app.I’ve frequented other shops in this plaza and none of them act like this towards me and my family. Though this area is known for racism we still go out of our way to shop here because others have proved this to not be completely true but today was my first time experiencing it.This is a new business and they have already left a bad taste in my mouth with this disappointing service. If I could give a zero for this service tonight I would. My family is very disappointed tonight and do not feel united with Crumbl as their packaging states in the...
Read moreI'm a fan of sweets, but I usually go for desserts other than cookies. Still, I knew this brand is famous for their cookies, so I gave it a try.
📍The Venue: It's small, aesthetic, and clean—strictly for take-out orders. There aren't any seating spots.
🍪The Cookies: We ordered the 4-cookie promo:
Strawberry Cheesecake: Basically a mini cheesecake. It was good, slightly citrusy. Snickerdoodle Cupcake: Great frosting, soft cookie—good! Cookies & Cream Pie: Super soft texture, mostly tasted like cream with a moist cookie base. Galaxy Brownie Cookie: Pretty good!
🙋🏼‍♀️The Service: Pretty standard. They had our order ready fairly quickly.
🅿️Parking: Lots of parking available, which is always a plus.
đź’Overall Thoughts: They’re not overly sweet, which I actually liked. Are they filling? Definitely. My husband and I could only finish one and a half cookies—saved the rest for the next day. Do they stand out? Mmm… not really. I once tried a similar cookie spot in NYC and loved it. These ones tasted a bit artificial in comparison, but for the price, I think it's a...
