Kristi was great and very helpful in the sales process and after we received our furniture. However, the middle beam support on our bed that we purchased broke and damaged our mattress in the process. They came and fixed the bed however, the support beam was still unsteady and our mattress was still damaged (there's a huge dip in the middle of the mattress). I acquired Greg Prosper's email (I'm assuming he's a manager) and he called me and I asked for a refund for the bed because we would have to buy a new bed and mattress. We talked on the phone March 28th and he said he would look at options for us. Exactly a week later on April 4th I still didn't hear from him and I sent him an email basically saying we were done because there was no action taken by Ashley Furniture. I thought there would be some response because I felt like we had a productive phone call but there was no response. Do not buy from Ashley Furniture. Their furniture is not high quality and if you have an issue management will not make it right. Attached is a picture of the broken support with our scrapbooks underneath to keep it stable (which prove to work better than their supports!!)
UPDATE: The bed is fixed (again for the second time) after almost three weeks of trying to get someone to come to the house. If it’s broken twice since September, it will break again. Never offered a refund from management but we have to get a new bed and mattress because this will keep happening again because of poor quality furniture. Never EVER buying anything from Ashley ever again. Thanks a lot for ruining months of sleep and wasting our time and hard...
Read moreFirst off we love the dresser we bought. But everything else not so much. The "white glove" delivery service tracked in mud. Shoved the invoice in my wife's face before they had even moved it to room and put it together. They backed into the new lawn that was growing very young new grass and was obvious since it had a covering of straw. Left big tread marks in the yard. Killed the grass. And somehow whacked a tree on the side of our driveway. My wife called the store and followed the protocol. Took pictures and gave details for a claim on the tree. It's part of our landscaping. The tree has been damaged and it's leaning at around a 30⁰ angle. After days of run around, agent accidentally not filing claim, and eye rolling on our part, I talked to the claim office and was told that since there was no video evidence and no damage to vehicle then there would be no claim. Basically called us liars. The tree was small so it would not have damaged the heavy duty box truck that hit it. But the damaged occurred to the tree and there is no other logical explanation for how that occurred. None. So we lose. Hopefully the tree will survive. We will never return to Ashley for anything in the future and tell anyone who will listen to don't bother with the "white glove"delivery service. It's a joke. Suck it...
Read moreRecently stopped by this store to research their selection of Purple mattresses as we visited a Purple store in Denver, CO to get an idea of pricing. We had an email from the Purple store and wanted to compare. A sales person spent two hours with us that afternoon selling us this product. When it came time to look at the bottom line, it was obvious we were not on the same page. We provided our email from The Purple Store (via cell phone). The stickler was a military discount (which The Purple Store gives to military, first responders, nurses and firefighters). It just so happened the regional manager was visiting the store and was called into the discussion. He was willing to give us the discount (after proving my status as a veteran). Things looked pretty good at this point. We set a time for the next day to finalize the sale…until the sales person reminded us to provide him with a copy of the email from The Purple Store. We reminded him that he reviewed the figures from the email but he stated he “saw something but was not sure”. When we looked for the email, it had been mysteriously deleted. To say the least, this did not set well. Needless to say, we did not make the purchase nor will we ever do business with this...
