Ordered whole sub online and paid for combo order via App. Arrived at Subway 7520 Garners Ferry Rd., operator stated online order had not been received. Handed clerk my IPhone at his request showing acknowledgement my order was received per Subway App. Order placed at correct location. Clerk wasted time looking at cash register, refusing to fill my online paid in full order. After 15 minutes of stating that online issue was not my problem and App confirmed order was placed and paid the clerk needed to fulfill my order. Clerk reluctantly complied to my in person request with my insistence to fill my order. After I got my food, clerk told me to delete and cancel my App order as he would not make a duplicate order. Rude, obstinate, and treated me as a patron trying to get over on Subway. Pathetic franchise and unfriendly customer service....
