Arby's — Restaurant in South Euclid

I would give 0 stars if I could. There was an extremely rude girl taking orders at the drive-thru. My husband was ordering us food and he accidentally ordered a wrap in a flavor I didn't want. The girl asked if he wanted anything else. He asked her if he could swap the ranch wrap for a BBQ wrap. She did not respond. After about 30 seconds of an awkward silence, she asked if he wanted anything again in a rude and annoyed tone. He began asking her if she heard his ask to swap wrap flavors and she very rudely cut him off letting him know she heard him. Well if she would've responded "yes" or "sure" when he initially asked, he wouldn't have had to ask if she heard him. It wasn't a rhetorical question. She sounded very annoyed the rest of the order to the point where I told my husband to leave and we could go to Popeyes down the street. If you don't know how to or don't want to work in customer service, DON'T do it. Nobody is forcing you to obtain these jobs, but in the case that your parent is forcing you to work...stay in the back cooking where you don't have to directly deal with customers. Nobody is paying for the rude attitudes and lackluster service. This Arby's is also very slow on top of the poor customer service. My husband could see from his side of the car that the drive-thru worker and a person in a car passing the same smoothie back and forth multiple times. I've never been inside there because of the cove at thing no one was allowed to enter the drive-thru was super long all the way into the street so there will be a wait probably around lunch time Arby's has some pretty decent food just it depends on who you get some people are very rude that work there and they wouldn't let me add on an order of fries after I got to the window because I forgot to get my kid a fry so I didn't like that and that's the only place that has ever done that to me maybe they can look forward to changing that because I wasn't going through another 25 minute line to get fries for my son so I had to go to the store and pick up some chips for him but overall the food is good and they serve all different kinds of meat because - they have...

Worst service I've ever had. I stood 6 mins. waiting for clerk to take my order. I was the only one in line. Clerk had her back to me like she was filling orders. I was totally ignored. Had to ask her to take my order. I got a not sincere sorry. Waited less time for food, but clerk put bag on counter and did not tell me it was my order or that order was complete, except for my shake. Waited couple more mins. for shake. But another clerk had to ask her if she was going take the shake to her customer. She slid it to me on the counter but left my food bag on the counter and did not slide it to me. Same clerk that told her about the shake slid my bag to me and asked if I wanted any sauces. I used to like Arby's. If I could give zero stars for this...
