Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in South Euclid

My ENTIRE SERVICE from the start was horrible. I initially came in the store to purchase and they urged me to just go online instead. WOW…… guess I had too many questions for them. I finally ordered online…..When I went to pick up I was there at 5:20pm Store closed at 5pm as I thought it closed at 6pm….the staff were still there cleaning. Would not allow me in to pick up my cake, my tinis and balloons for my husbands surprise birthday party that day. I had to spend more money to purchase another cake else where. The store also, DID NOT call concerning my cake before they closed. When I called today regarding the cake a female by the name of Leslie stated that they normally call as a standard service, but no one called he. NO ONE AT ALL. Leslie advised that they would not be refunding my account back, and would not offer a store credit for what I purchased that was $150. Wasted and ruined what we had planned for the party. I don't know if it's because the holiday or what. Maybe they didn't want to work the day before thanksgivings but they really rush and put out sub par cakes. This is my first experience at this particular location in Cleveland, but the ones in Virginia beach I normal go to would never give out a cake like this. On top of the fact they seemed to rush everyone even tho it was no where near closing time. All the rushing only to forget to ice the cake and the took another 45 minutes to do that. Please take a look at the cake they gave for my mother's birthday. And unfortunately I didn't look at it before hand(although I should have known something was wrong cause other stores show the cake before taping the box) so we are stuck with this abomination because tomorrow is a holiday. I'm going to start by saying I love this place! The two stars is from me ordering a cake for a birthday dinner and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I placed my order on Friday February 18th for the cake to be ready feb 20th at 3pm and ordered for the cake to be placed out 3 hours prior so it could be served immediately. Arrive for my cake to not be ready. They haven't even iced the cake yet and it still had to be chilled 😡 this was sooo frustrating because I had to leave the cake they kept saying 10 mins, but they said 10 mins 10 mins ago. Horrible experience. Asked for a manager a younger girl came out and didn't make the situation anymore better.
