Bean Box — Restaurant in South Haven

The best coffee I have ever had hands down. The owners of Bean Box are absolutely amazing and they are always going out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. No wonder they were voted Best of the Best South Haven within their first year of opening!!!

I have been coming to Bean Box since they opened and I have been pleased at every visit. I have traveled across the US and out of the country, and Bean Box surpasses all of the coffee shops I have visited. I have grown to know the owners personally throughout their opening and I am so pleased that they opened in our town! Along with their coffee, the owners are one of a kind. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met and I am thankful to have met them as well. On top of all of their coffee's they also have food that they make everyday!

I am able to stop in here, work from my laptop and have a cup of coffee. The decor in here is amazing, and they remodeled it beautifully. My favorite coffee here is a Vanilla & Coconut Latte with oatmilk and sweet foam! SIDE NOTE: They offer many different milk alternatives for those with intolerances. Love...

I wish I had found Bean Box much sooner than I did! I’ve spent the last few summers in SoHa and have tried multiple other coffee shops in town, and I just came across Bean Box this summer. It by far has the best tasting coffee in town! The owner and baristas are very friendly and helpful. I do not know them, I am just genuinely happy to find a coffee shop to rave about and encourage others to try! I have tried their americanos, lattes, blended chillers, drip brew, and best of all, their famous coconut cream cold brew!! This drink is my absolute favorite, and I haven’t been disappointed at all with any of their beverages so far ☕️. They have a cute little heart shaped stopper for their hot lids ❤️. I was even excited to find a slice of gluten free banana bread to try this morning, and it was also delicious! I can’t boast about this local coffee...

The coffee here is just simply not that great. It's just... coffee. You don't even know what origin of beans they're using. You might expect to fail the Pepsi Challenge putting a latte from Bean Box next to one from Tim Hortons. I'm not saying you'll walk away angry, but I'm also not saying this should be your first choice in town by a LONG SHOT. The atmosphere is also straight up boring and uninspired.

Just down the street at Snake Oil you'll end up with a coffee that's simply in a different league... the kind of coffee you can expect from modern third wave roasters these days. Bean Box is stuck in the past and as a deeply passionate coffee lover I cannot recommend them or...
