Jack in the Box — Restaurant in South Houston

Bathrooms are clean and the sinks are clean too the toilets I see it and I know it they are clean this is the best place this location is in the entire world more than any other restaurant or anything else that i love really well the tacos are really good great service I don't understand why people say bad things about this place because there is nothing wrong really the real truth i hope people believe me and know and it's like I never can't leave I keep going back to this and Miguel G the manager he is the top number one manager of all the restaurants of Jack In The Box I don't know how to say this but he deserves better something more than ever more than just an award or trophy this place should beat everything else and I'm sorry I hope you forgive me and I just didn't even know what I was doing or saying and I just didn't know what I was thinking okay I never felt like this before with any other place just this place only by staying here for the rest of my entire life throughout my years I mean and we'll just keep doing it Miguel what your doing because your doing a great great job more than you think and the workers that work there you're also doing a great job and everything and you know never give up your somebody your not a nobody and you keep doing what your doing...

So, I pull up to the window after battling the after-school traffic, ready for my large Dr. Jack. They hand me a small, and I’m thinking, "Did I accidentally order a kid’s size?" I tell them they do sell a large, but we go back and forth like I’m negotiating a peace treaty. Finally, the manager steps in, confirms I’m not crazy, and all seems good. Or so I thought.Instead of just making the drink right, they pour the small into a large cup and top it off with what feels like half a gallon of cream. I ask for less cream, and she reacts like I’m asking her to perform rocket science. At this point, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, my patience is hanging by a thread.But then, instead of just fixing it, she offers me a refund, as if making a proper Dr. Jack is some kind of impossible task. And when I try to take a picture of this masterpiece, she practically shields it from the camera. This is a HomeTown, Mom and Pop, comfort food restaurant? It is so popular that Saturdays and Sunday mornings, you have to wait in line and the line is long but it is worth the wait! The food is delicious, fresh, wholesome. If you're counting calories this is not the place for you although if you request a specialty, they will try to accommodate the customer's wishes. If you are into nostalgia, mom's old style country cooking then I would strongly suggest this place. It's clean, good atmosphere, friendly folks. Ethnically diverse . Everyone is welcome and treated equally. The goal is to get everyone served as quickly past possible, with a smile. Patrons have no problem waiting since the walls are filled with memorabilia, that keeps one entertained for hours, while sipping on Fresh hot cup of coffee (Caf., decaf., Eat, etc.).
