It is a nice Dairy Queen. Friendly staff, clean they are very Accommodating. For instance I ordered my desert at the same time as my food. But when they brought my food over to me they asked me, If I would like them to put dessert in the freezer until I was ready for it. I thought that was an excellent idea. I only had to make one purchase and still was able to eat my food hot and my dessert frozen. Otherwise obviously I would have had to eat one or the other 1st causing one or the other to get cold/hot (melted). The bottom line is the food is good, the customer service is good It's a good place to eat.

This Dairy Queen is an average restaurant. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. The place wasn’t crowded with customers. I was able to get in and out. The prices are reasonable. I usually by the hamburger meal with a blizzard. The food was good. However, it wasn’t the best burger I ever had. I would recommend eating at This Dairy Queen location. Always get a blizzard. Make sure they always turn it upside down before they give it to you.

A blast from the past. It's not often, being from Oklahoma, that I come across a Dairy Queen now a days. The burgers taste so authentic and the fries still have their authentic crunch. The environment and service was ok, not the service with a smile, but it was cool. Could be better, but what couldn't in this life.

this branch could be a five-star. but for some reason they don't make the effort. lots of people in the area have no vehicles

Denny's Denny's, on other side of the freeway. Dealing with the Homeless, involves probable danger. The Waffle House, next door ,food awful, processed. The 100 percent beef is questionable? By a visual examination of the food distributed, In a mostly empty restaurant. only Sundays mornings is the Waffle House, crowded.

Back to Dairy Queen: #1 special requests are like an act of Congress. Management should train all employees to work as a team. To be assertive and take the lead when he she is out of pocket. Anything short of that is unacceptable and inadequate. The manager's Authority is not respected, vetoed by tenure.

#2 the bathrooms are out of order so everything must be take out! Was Barked at us by an employee. The bathrooms is a priority and should have been fixed before the doors opened. We had no choice! my friend was in the scooter, with disabilities,we were overheated, angry! Word of Mouth is most detrimental.

#3 after Hurricane Harvey Dairy Queen was the last business, in the immediate area, to get the registers up and running. And only one, the other dead as a doorknob. An, unprofessional ,sloppy, handwritten note was taped, crookedly to the glass door, cash only.

Mediocre service management, employees, impedes progress, stagnates sales, etc. This place should be booming. Homeless, druggies' transactions are carried on in the bathrooms , in plain sight. management does nothing, people are scared. We all the right to the facility,if they act accordingly. I am witness, several occasions. Sunday, Dairy Queen doesn't open until 11:30 am. When the great food, people don't necessarily...

I was out running some errands and had planned on stopping by a differnt DQ on my way home, this one was right across the street from where I was so I went here instead. I am so glad I did. I hate eating in my car but due to current circumstances its pretty much the only option available to us at fast food restaurants. Not DQ's fault, just a sign of the times. I placed my order in the drive thru and they were very polite, helpful and friendly. I waited an acceptable amount of time to receive my food, didn't take long at all actually. After getting my food, I pulled into a parking space because I wanted to eat it as quick as possible, so it would be warm when I ate it. OMG! It was soooo hot and sooo fresh I couldn't even eat it. I am not complaining I am complimenting! It was awesome! I ate a few bites of it and bagged it back up. It took me about 10 min or so to get home and when I sat down to finish it, it was still hot and fresh. That is something you don't find at too many fast food restaurants anymore. I wish DQ was on every corner like some other chains, but, unfortunetly they are sparsley allocated around town. As a man in my 50's I grew up with DQ and they appear to be just as tasty now as they were then and they offer a very diverse menu. Many of their locations look old and not well taken care of, but the food is...

I recently visited this Dairy Queen in Houston and I must say, it's my absolute favorite among all the ones I've been to in Texas. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, making me feel right at home. Their warm smiles and attentive service truly set this Dairy Queen apart.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was another standout feature. It's evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The tables were immaculate, and the overall hygiene standards were top-notch.

But what truly makes this Dairy Queen shine is the consistency in quality that I've come to expect from their offerings. From their delectable ice cream treats to their mouthwatering hot food options, everything was prepared to perfection.

As someone who has explored numerous Dairy Queen locations across Houston and Texas, I can confidently say that this particular branch has won my heart. The combination of the friendly staff, clean ambiance, and consistently delicious treats makes it a standout choice for any ice cream enthusiast. I'm already looking forward to...
