I arrived at approximately 815 they close at 10. Walked in right before rush. Wasn't busy either. Worst service I have received at restaurant here. I was seated given menu and just sat there about 20 min before I got someone's attention for someone to take our drink order. Meanwhile people that were seated after me had already received their drinks. The waitress took her time getting them. Received them with more ice than soda. Ice was actually coming out above glass rim. Soda was gross. About 10 min later When a different waitress finally came by to take order we ordered 2 large slices and one large pizza. Never see waitress again until about 40min after ordering when she asks and how is everything going over here? I told her I still haven't received my food so nothing to tell. She didn't get hint And proceeded to say can I refill your drinks while you wait? Really? Don't you think you should have checked on my order when I replied I hadn't gotten my food? I was so frustrated I answered no. But kids and spouse got refills. Brought drinks back and she walked off. After being here well over an hour and seeing everyone that ordered after me receive their food I finally stopped our waitress and asked her when our food was going to be ready. She responded with sure let me check. Comes back sometime later to say it's coming give it 3 min. Yes that was wrong waited longer than that. Food was good but with service like this I won't be back. No apologies for long wait. We were finally served and finished eating and left immediately after paying at 950. I had to stop our waitress to get our check also. Read moreSouth Padre Island location. Would not recommend and will not be back. Ordered pizza for my family and friends. Was given a price for pizza plus toppings. Had my son pick up and pay for it. My son gets back, hands me the receipt for twice the amount that was told to me. My son tells me that when he noticed the difference in price, he questioned about it. One of the employees (Daniel) told my son that he was busy and got the prices mixed up so that was the new total. Told my son that that was what he needed to pay and wouldn’t concede, pretty much intimidating my son into paying twice the price. When my son got back with the pizzas and told me of this I went back up there to resolve this issue. The guy(Daniel) then proceeds to tell me that my son was the one that misunderstood the price. I proceeded to tell him that he spoke with me on the phone. He then proceeds to tell that he did quote a lower price, that he was confused because he was busy. I will say, I was pretty heated. Pretty much called my son a liar to my face after he had intimidated my son into paying twice the price. One of the managers walked up in the middle of this when it was recommended that they honor the price quoted. The manager agreed and resolved that issue. So I took my now cold pizza home to my family and friends. It was lack luster at best. I’ve gotten better pizza at Pizza Hut and Papa Johns to be honest. Read moreMy family and I make it a point to stop and get cake from here every time we visit. We decided to also purchase some food as well this time. We ordered clams for the ravioli and got a call that they were out, which ultimately isn't a big deal but we were still charged for it. After our food was delivered we went to enjoy it but unfortunately my wife found a hair in her ravioli. When we called, the person on the phone basically tried to accuse me of lying about the hair and never once apologized. It ended with her saying she would refund the the ravioli. Although I could no longer eat the cake that we ordered my family still tried eating it but it was old and dry. So once again I called back and asked to speak to the manager which happened to be the same woman I spoke to prior to this call. She once again tried to put it off and tried to say that it was supposed to be that way. Earlier in the day we tried to get the Italian cake but we were told that they had to throw many out because they got old in the freezer and ended up moldy so I'm guessing the red velvet we ordered was forgotten or looked over and they decided to try to pass it off as edible. I would say the customer service was not very good but that would imply that there was any customer service at all. I do not reccomend this...
