We go to this location all the time and there is one specific girl there I get the b&b refresher and she puts so much syrup in the drink no matter how many times I tell her very light syrup it’s just syrup and ice I can’t even taste the green tea or anything else no matter what I still always tip them good because idk if it’s just her and her bad attitude but all the other workers don’t do this it seems as if it’s only when she is working also has a bad attitude about it when I ask I love this location because it not something that happens every time I go it’s just when the same girl is working my husband is about to go get drinks and will see if it happens today I will update my rating because Saturdays are the days this always happens also she is the only one that says we can’t do light syrup in a small or medium which I don’t understand the beans and brew up up the street on like 8 the east makes them perfect I can’t understand if they’re busy and trying to get orders out but the things is they’re not but moving forward I will not take the drink and ask for it to be remade I will also get her name because of the way she speaks to me and my husband it’s like we are complicated when we order and all I ask if light syrup that’s it or last time his mr b frozen had so much espresso in it he couldn’t even drink it but we never asked for any espresso that’s the only time he has had an issue sorry had to say something will also post a pic if it’s...
Read moreNo customer service training. No drink consistency. I use this drive-through often incredibly early on my way to work. I get the exact drink every time, so when I was handed a 12 oz instead of 16 oz, I corrected them at the window and asked they remake it. I had already paid, but knowing the additional 4 oz of almond milk would out the store some .30 cents or so, I didn't think it appropriate that I was told they would do a refund, re-charge me, then remake my drink. "Can you just remake it?" I asked, stressing at the clock, thinking about this hourly wage worker who I tipped $1 for my drink, and tip every time, is safe-guarding the store some pennies. I was met with, "Can you stop being rude,? You can pay the difference or take this drink that's already made". OK, working retail and coffee is hard, I've done both. I've also opened cafés at ridiculously early hours. I also know that just adding some milk and getting someone on their way is better than losing a customer or insulting them. Read moreTruly disappointed in this locations customer service. As a walk up customer - I had to open the window and actually whistle at the staff to get there attention. All 3 were to busy talking to address me. Even after I got there attention - only 1 person said hi. The other staff just looked at me annoyingly.
Only needed a gift certificate. Which took over 10 minutes to get. Even after it was complete - I gained no 'reward' points. I revisited the location shortly thereafter and asked for them to fix my rewards. The same lady who helped me previously helped me again. Assured me my rewards were on my card.
The rewards are still not on my card - two days later. And I bought $$ some serious gift certificates. VERY upset about the loss of my points and the horrible customer service.
