Five Guys — Restaurant in Southaven

Poor service from the general manager on down! I never rate this low, but when the service is bad I won’t be back! I called in an order of almost $50 for 3 burgers and fries and asked for specific instructions. Right before the guy hung up I heard a rude female in the background saying we can’t make the sandwich the way I asked. I bagged in and watched the interaction with staff. They seemed upset, so I walked in and as soon as I walked in that same female asked, “ are you Leslie.” No welcome at all just rude and disrespectful. I said yes and the general manager told me he wouldn’t accommodate my order. He said, “we don’t separate anything, but you can,” and proceeded to try to charge me for a paper bowl. I told him I shouldn’t have to pay anything extra, because they didn’t follow instructions. I also let him know I felt offended and for a customer to pay over 10$ on a double cheeseburger you would think they would try to be nice. He never apologized or addressed my Dissatisfaction! I told him since the burgers were not made correctly, I wanted a refund for 2 and I’ll keep one and fries. This GENERAL MANAGER TOLD ME ILL REFUND ALL NOT SOME! The AUDACITY!!!! First time ordering the grilled cheeseburger sandwich from Five guys was atrocious! When I was first handed the bag, I felt something was off because the bag. It felt too light! When I looked at my burger, I was highly disappointed. The meat wasn't thick at all. It was thin especially for freaking $9! The burger meat look like something from burger king. If I wanted bad quality, i could went to Burger king for a lower price. I paid $9 because i was expecting high quality! Well, high quality my behind at Five guys! The meat look like a frozen patty you buy from the store. The meat wasn't seasoned. I asked for grilled onions but was given raw onions! The inverted burger bun was burnt and with no flavor or butter! I'm never going to Five guys ever again for a burger. Only the fries! Wayback burger cheesssy burger is a million times better than this bull! Wayback burger is not stingy with their meat. It's thick and flavorful! And it's the same price as Five guys. Five guys is overhyped! The fries is the only thing I would come back for. I want My money back Five guys for that trash extremely...

They took the order correctly for the burger and fries but delivered a burger with the wrong toppings on it. I had taken it to go to eat and was too far away to turn around to request to remake or request a partial refund.

Happened again. Ordered little burger and little fry and was charged for regular burger and fry - so overpaid. Toppings were incorrect on what I asked for on burger. Paid by cash and didn't realize their error until I got to nearby hotel - too late to go back and ask them to either fix or provide a refund.

Happened again 100720. Long waiting time to take order. One young employee talking to a friend who dropped by while others frantically working. This same person was cold and scowled at me when I asked her to put the brown paper bag inside a plastic bag to make carrying out easier.
