I am very disappointed with this experience at southaven chikfila. I normally get a large cup of water with my order, they refused that now. My food was fresh when I received it but not happy with the portions size of the fries. They gave me my chicken nugget box open. I did not feel comfortable accepting an order that was not properly closed to keep me safe and they did not replace it they just closed the box and gave it back to me. The fries were fresh but it was only a few fries in the box when I got to the car and checked my bag. I took it back in and asked for fries that were more reasonable for the price I paid for them. I asked the young lady for sauce, she dropped one on the floor, picked it up & tried to hand it to me. I told her I don't want that, may I have another one please. She went to get me another one but still had the other one in her hand and I feel she still gave me the one off of the floor. I couldn't tell though. I wish I had asked for a manager but I had to leave to pick my son up from school. I order a brownie and the brownie looked and tasted 30 days old but I didn't see it until I made it home. This is by far the worst chickfila experience I have ever had. I will try not to return to this one anymore. I am used to getting the professional, welcoming, polite chickfila experience and the southaven chickfila definitely lacks that. I barely had napkins, coming to the restaurant is an inconvenience because of the parking lot and now only one entrance. We spend all this money supporting businesses, they've raised the prices drastically, and we can't get good service, our monies worth, and what we ask for now. I'm vowing not to support businesses that don't appreciate my business and my money. What stand...
Read moreI ordered jelly and honey with my breakfast this morning and got Polynesian sauce. :-(when I pulled up to the window, no one even addressed me, I just sat and waited while workers turned their backs towards me. They didn't even make my coffee right, usually they put more cream in it.
After everything I said thank you to the worker, and she didn't even say my pleasure. I mean it's ok for a fast food experience. I just expect more from Chick-fil-A especially since they don't come out to the parked places for curbside any more and I had to wait about 20 minutes. I guess I should have done pick up. But I wonder how long it would sit in the to-go area. I thought for some reason if I went through the line it would be fresh and the people would be nice to me.
By the time I purchased 2 biscuits, 2 chicken minis, and 2 iced coffees. I ended up spending 22 dollars, which is fine, but I my budget always gets drained by the end of the month so at this point every dollar counts. I'm sure I could have purchased something similar at another store for a lower price, and I really wanted to try the chicken minis with honey or jelly, I have never had them before, and I thought a big part of it was dipping them in something. The chicken fillet (which is the “restaurant’s” name sake’) on my biscuit was so small, and underwhelming, I have definitely been more impressed in the past with the size of the poultry compared to the biscuit or bun in the past. Is it shrinkflation?
I already know Chick-fil-A doesn't find my experiences pleasurable anymore. Leave it to Chick-fil-A to painfully compare to my personal life. Maybe I'm wrong. maybe I'm being a Karen. Maybe this is too long or a rant and no one will read this....
Read moreThis has to be the most poorly run Chick-fil-A there is. I have had bad experiences before and try to avoid this place as much as possible. Today, I didn't have time to go out of my way to another location and I was quickly reminded why I have chosen not to patronize here. I arrived at the restaurant before breakfast ended. Curbside was not an option. Okay, fine. I joined the very long drive-thru line only to realize that THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE PICK UP WINDOW. The next car in line was stuck at the cash booth. Once that car pulls up, roughly three or four cars follow BUT THE LINE DOESN'T MOVE. When I finally got around to the speaker, I realized why. There were two employees STANDING at the speakers with their tablets instead of walking along the line taking orders. What's the purpose of having people outside to expedite ordering if they're just standing in the place where you would normally place your order? I was already prepared to have them tell me that my order couldn't be filled bc by the time I got around to confirming my order, breakfast had ended. I spoke to the worker and she confirmed my order on her tablet much to my surprise. When I get around to the cash booth, he radioed inside asking if they were able to fill my order. Excuse me? Lo and behold - he told me that they could not fill my order and he would cancel it. So I was stuck in the drive-thru lane behind the car in front of me with no order. While writing this review, I thought to check my account and guess what? I WAS STILL CHARGED which means that I'm going to have to call Customer Cares AGAIN. I will NEVER come to this location again - EVER which is very unfortunate because I have fond memories with my...
