As someone else mentioned, this location is hit and miss. This evening, we sent our 17 year old son to pick up our online order for the family (4). He returned home with the order and we realized that 2 McDoubles were missing (yes he should have checked the bag). We sent him back with the receipt to obtain the missing items. Soon after, he called us via FaceTime allowing us to witness that the manager, Irene, was arguing with him and telling him that she put the burgers in the bag, and that she was not going to give him the missing burgers. She continuously stated that she prepared our bags and “knows” that she put the burgers in the bag. Surprised, and perturbed, at the fact that she was hassling my minor son, who was only doing what we asked of him, I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. This is when I found out that her name was Irene, and that she was the one arguing at my son about food that I paid for but did not receive. I explained to her the situation, informing her that I have an 11 year old son here (at home) without his burger, as well as myself whom the other burger was for, and that in no way was my 17 year old making this up or attempting to get free food. She continued to try to persuade me to believe that she put the McDoubles in the bag, basically insinuating that our son did something with the burgers…never once apologizing for the situation, and in fact, insulting me with saying she will be the “bigger person” and add the order back to my app. By this point, our 17 year old had arrived back home, and to our dismay, he returned with only ONE BURGER. She accused of him of lying, and refused to give him items that I paid for but DID NOT RECEIVE. As I write this review, she has not added the items to the app as a credit. I am now out of money, and product…not to mention my son feels slighted and defeated in a battle that should not have even occurred. This is an immeasurable failure of accountability and resolution. There is no way this person should be a manager. Irene’s lack of leadership just earned them a complaint with the FTC and...
Read moreAt McDonald’s at 30161 Southfield Rd. I entered the restaurant and immediately smelled something very very sour and because I’ve worked in this field before I knew it to be the floors because the mops were not properly clean apparently. So I spoke with the young lady at the counter name Ernestine I informed her of the file smell and she said she’s not concerned with that right now because she’s concerned with the food. So I told Miss Ernestine that the smell of the restaurant is very very displeasing where our food Hass to be made at so Miss Ernestine got upset walked away and told someone else to take my order so when the other young lady asked what was I ordering I asked her what was Miss Ernestine‘s name the young lady told me that she’s one of the managers and that she do not have to tell me what Miss Ernestine‘s name was so I asked her what was her name she said she would not tell me that so I said well I have a complaint because the floors are very smelly and it’s around our food so she walked away and didn’t serve me at all out the words Miss I took a picture of the young lady since she did not wanna give me her name. Miss Ernestine then came out from the back and I I said ma’am what is your name she said my name is Ernestine and by the way I called the police on you for filming in my restaurant I said OK so I’ll just wait for the police to get here then.
Miss Ernestine & the other so-called manage were the worst managers that I’ve ever dealt with in a restaurant setting. Very disrespectful, very discourteous & very unprofessional.
I was there for a large take out order but never ordered due to the foul smell in the restaurant & due to the foul attitudes of the 2...
Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RUDE AND LOOOOONG UNNECESSARY WAIT. In total I believe I waited about 35 minutes, literally for an Uber eats order that they should’ve handed to me
I was here to pick up an uber eats order - the lady just continually shook her head when I was at the door, and then when I called the store explaining I was here for Uber eats they made me wait in line for drivethru anyway even tho they knew that I wasn’t ordering. Then when it was finally my turn I waited for like a minute with no response, then said “hello?” And very annoyed the lady said, “please wait, thank you for your patience.”
I proceeded to wait for at least 10min.
Finally, as I literally couldn’t see cars in front of me anymore, they are dealt with almost all the orders in front of me, and I was holding up the drive-through line, I said into the silence of the speaker, once again, “I am with Uber eats I’m here to pick up an order for *” Then and only then was there a response of what’s the order number? I recited the five numbers even though I had already said the name for the order, and she still wouldn’t let me go but asked for the last three numbers. Which anyone in a brain would’ve heard as I stated the five numbers, so obviously I also stated the last three numbers in the five number sequence. However I humored her and stated the last three numbers. Then and only then did she let me pull around.
And I still had to wait in line for the remaining few orders, they never allowed me to park.
I wish I could give...
