After entering the Jets Pizza store I was greated with a very friendly, "May i help you"! I ordered the Bbq chicken pizza with extra bbq sauce. I waited a little over 10 minutes and my pizza was done. Before leaving, I opened the box and observed this awesome scene... "Photos attatched!" I informed the guy that the pizza looks great. I couldn't wait to get home and sink my teeth into this wonderful looking pizza! The first bite tasted even better than my expectations. It was well cooked with lots of chicken, bacon, red onion, and even extra bbq sauce, as i requested. Needless to say this pizza didn't last too long. I would recommend this Jets Pizza store and definitely will be back!!!

Ordered pizza from here through doordash the pizza came burnt , I called them to complain respectfully and the manger and worker were so rude, they blamed door dash, like did door dash make the pizza? I'm never ordering from here again. Waste of money. They need new management how are the even running this place 🤢🤡

This place is fantastic. When getting a four square pizza, I like this the best. This location is more liberal with the cheese and sauce, the result is a better pizza.

So, I’m almost afraid to spread the word about How GREAT Jet’s Southgate has been this past 7-8 months!! The dough is always fresh...NEVER Rushed thru it’s cycle. You know your pizza has been rushed because it will not rise in the cooking process....next the blend of their cheeses? I’m not a fan of extra cheese, but the blend of cheese they use on their pizza? The aroma alone makes you hungry for more!! It doesn’t matter if it’s a meat lovers, or a BBQ Chicken, or a Hawaiian Pizza...Round or Deep Dish...I can promise you...they will do their BEST to make the BEST PIZZA DOWNRIVER!! Don’t take my word for it..ask my dinner partner for all his life. The one who picks pizza 5 out of 7 days...? Ask Bug...my Pizza loving Chihuahua...it’s his...

Ordered from here for about 5 months. I have no idea what happened but the last 2 months now I've been having terrible experience, I don't know why I keep giving them more chances. Before everything would be on time have everything I ordered, lately always forgetting things. I just ordered pizza today and was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I'm sitting at store almost 40 min later they keep telling me "it'll be up shortly, till be up shortly". The only reason I've been waiting is because I paid and they said it'll be up in two mins. This will be the last time I order from this location. I always order the same exact pizza everytime, and everytime it's made...
