Extremely dissapointed in this restaurant. My brother went out to eat for the first time in months and within 24 hours, was diagnosed with mono from unclean dishes used at Chili's. The doctor agreed it was most likely due to eating here since nothing else would have exposed him . Not only that, but I'm severely dissatisfied in one particular event that occurred during the same outing. I accidentally left my wallet in the booth at the very end of the night. As soon as chili's opened the next day, i called to claim my wallet. They barely listened to me, the person didnt even go check for me. I heard her ask ONE coworker who just said no. I asked for a manager and all she said was that the cleaning crew "found nothing" when I explained how important it was that i figured out if i left with it or not and asked if they could check cameras, they told me there were no cameras throughout the entire premise! They didnt care at all about the safety of my belongings and when i asked about the cleaning crew, they refused to give me information. Would not reccomend eating here. They dont care at all about their customers and obviously dont care about the safety and health of people who dine here.

Read moreI definitely would give 5 stars to our wonderful service woman, Virginia. She was awesome. I have a 2 years old special needs nephew who eats a specific food consistency. Virginia was more than willing & helpful to accommodate his needs. Things quickly turned to 2 stars thanks to her manager "Fred" who was rude & disrespectful when my family asked for help after my nephew had vomit at the table...We cleaned him, the area & asked the hostess for actual cleaning supplies. She returned & said her manager said they will clean it up once we left (mind you we have not received our food & didn't begin dining)..... We further asked again & this time added that we were sure the other people around us didn't want to eat sitting near the table where someone had just threw up. The manager came to the table & handed my neice a dry clean towel. I then asked AGAIN where actual cleaning supplies were & at this point is when the manager "Fred" began rudely stating how "normally people clean after there own children when they make a mess in places that's not their own home". I then simply informed him that if there was a problem my family & I didn't need to eat there. At this point he's now helping but continuing the backlash & talking down to my family. I'm not sure how he became a manager with his unprofessional, lacking in family hospitality & restaurant etiquette. Read moreCalled to place a to go order with Justin the call started off fine after taking the order I heard him confirm my order which In fact he did not confirm the sides of each order so I asked him if my sides were noted and he stated yes but in a frustrating voice he confirmed the amount and hung up so after about 45 mins I noticed I didn’t receive a text message so I called and Justin answered before I can finish what I was saying about not receiving a message he said your order is ready and hung up on me so once I arrive I didn’t Realize that I had to go to the to go door to pick up my food after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby Justin said Rudely your order is at to go and walked away I left that lobby and went to the to go to pick up food and the food was just laid there on the counter my food was cold and soggy I called and spoke to manager Kelly she was very nice she understood exactly my frustrations and also offered a meal on the house for the inconvenience unfortunately it’s not her fault and what happened but I will not be returning to this Chili’s location I order from here at least three times a week I am very close by to this location so it’s very convenient just it was very unprofessional rude no customer professionalism at all did not want to apologize for his mistake or for even talking to a customer the way he did that is very unacceptable from a business standpoint.
