**Edited review based on company response: I recognize that my experience with the cups is most likely a one-off problem, and that my negative review was based off of an emotional response. Thank you for addressing my concern and hearing a disgruntled customer.
Good coffee served in faulty cups. I've been to this location twice since they have opened, which was not long ago. The coffee is great, however they have quality control issues with their cups that they need to fix, or they'll lose my business forever. The first purchase I made here, my coffee was double cupped, along with a coffee collar. This doesn't seem like a big deal on the surface, just an oversight by the barista, until it happens again with my next order, and the reason becomes apparent. This morning I purchased a medium coffee from the Spanish Fork location. The staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints with them. However, once again my coffee was double cupped, with a collar. If this is how they serve coffee, no big deal, I thought to myself. I put the coffee in my cup holder and drove to fill up my car with gas at the station in the same parking lot. In the time that it took to buy the coffee, fill up my car with gas, and get on the freeway, both cups were soggy and leaking coffee into my cup holder. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I tried taking my first sip. The coffee spilled down the front of my shirt and was nearly an inch deep in my cupholder. I've attempted to call the location twice and used the company's "chat" feature on their website to make them aware of this situation, but no one will pick up the phone, and their "chat" feature is a useless bot. Their coffee is amazing, but beware if you receive your order in a double cup. The likelihood that your cup will fail seems high. BRCC, I hope you address this QA issue with your suppliers and return the faulty product, instead of ignoring the issue by doubling up on cups on each order. Those who buy their coffee and drive to their place of work, shouldn't have to worry about arriving with a coffee...
Read moreIt’s a gamble if they can get your coffee correct for about 4 months I’ve been there at least 5 days a week if not all 7 and they manage to either make my coffee wrong, or they hand me some random order. I order a hot espresso latte, with whole milk and cane sugar every time. I didn’t think it was complicated but I’ve walked away with the wrong size of order. A white chocolate something, a tea, random lattes without milk, no sugar, nasty 2% or overkill half and half, and anything else they’ve handed through the windows. Not exaggerated, at least 70% of my coffee orders have been incorrect. I’m insane for going back so many times. The thing is their coffee is great when they get it right, so I keep going back and back thinking they have to get it right sometimes. It’s not a complicated order, and I’m sick of it. I’ve talked to many of the baristas there and they still manage to f it up. It’s ridiculous
They’re not even the most friendly staff. I don’t like Starbucks… but at least you know what you’re getting and it’s consistent. Not good or...
Read moreKenny was my barista and she was nice. Friendly spirit but major resting face. I love the feel, feels like family! I recommend all of there coffee, it comes with top notch service! ❤
I have been back several times since I have written this review, and they have been just as nice as the first time! Kenny has been my barista again, and has worked on the resting face! That shows great commitment to me to her job. I love that she has worked on making the customers feel more welcome and at home! But does she go by two names? One minute her name tag said "Kenny" and then the next it said "Taw", a little confusing.
Just wanted to clear the air on some things! Kenny and Taw(nee) are twins! They are such cute girls! So nice and so quick at making drinks. They have even put in the effort to memorize the regular's names! Such great effort! I love the environment and they still have such...
