Arby's — Restaurant in Spartanburg

I went to the Arby's Restaurant (#6280) on 161 S Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC on Saturday, 23 July, and it has a horrible experience. A friend and I used the drive thru to order and pay for our food. First, when placing the order, we were interrupted. The employee was rude and disrespectful when we attempted to correct the order at the window. Second. she did not listen when we explained that we were missing a drink. Third, when we asked for her name, she refused to give it, and walked away. At this point, I decided to go inside to speak with the manager but when I approached the counter to ask to speak with the manager, I was greeted with "What do you want?" spoken with a less then pleasing tone. I asked to speak with the manager. She said she was the manager. Before I could continue to explain my dissatisfaction with the service, she abruptly cut me off and then proceeded to walk away with out giving me the opportunity to finish expressing my grievances. She was rude, belligerent, and had the worst attitude. Rest assured, if this practice is condoned, I will not be visiting Arby's at 161 S. Pine Street in the near future. Really friendly staff and THIS Arby's was immaculate. However the big gratification came when my wife, notorious for trying new things, broke out of the shell, and instead of ordering our usual "beef and cheddar", ordered a "French Dip". When the food arrived the sandwich looked appetizing and the "Au jus" had a great, hearty look and texture, not easy for a liquid! Anyway, one dip of the sandwich, which was really "stuffed" with roast beef, was enough to make both of us believers! It was delicious and the Au jus was perfect. My beef and cheddar immediately took a backseat to this fast food masterpiece. Thinking that seeing and tasting is believing, yesterday we went to a different Arby's on our home town and ordered the French Dip once again. I'm glad to report it was just as good as the first one purchased a hundred miles away!. So we like the restaurant and appreciated the really friendly staff and clean restrooms and dining area. In closing, try the French Dip. If you love great flavor in roast beef, this is your sandwich!...

Horrible service and horrible ghetto girls in there with no respect for anyone. my sister and i weren't prepared to deal with such trash. they were unprofessional, not helpful at all and this arbys is a joke and makes other arbys look bad. worst arbys ive ever eaten at ! avoid this place at all costs! rainbow green meat in the sandwiches !hard buns !the girls cant take orders !they talk back to customers and they talk more than work and have dumb conversations. Instead of listening to customers or cleaning they are lazy girls. this food service should be embarrassed and ashamed word of advice get new help! Learn how to serve food like a good arbys should. and btw the bathrooms stink are disgusting and smell like a dead animal.
