On 8/24/2022 I arrived at dennis on 42nd in odessa I usually come at night to have dinner well tonight was a bad experience for me I came in and one of the host ask me how many I replied one she told me would you like to sit at bar before I answered she said or anywhere at the booth so I did take the booth instead ,talk about the ignorance they took 15mins no exaggeration to the time to just ask me if I was going to have something to eat or drink neither blondr or brunette bothered to introduced themselves perhaps because at this point they noticed the agitation at hand, the brunette wanted me to move to a different location and then finally got served coffee no creamer just black they didn't even bother to ask .it took them another 5mins before I got the menu I finally ordered with the brunette the blonde one never bothered to ask me for a refill on coffee so again sitting there with no refill all this time I was thinking why didn't I just got up and left there where only three other couples and then me only the other waitress blonde would ask the other couples if the need refills except me why I have no idea I didn't cause trouble my food tasted bad due to the experience I was having it is 910pm still no coffee refill that blonde girl has something personal against me or so it seems she had helped everyone except me I felt humiliated and outlasted I have visited this dennis often this time it was bad the worst at best I know that perhaps this review will fall on deaf ears I hope something changes as I will not visit late again at least not when these two are working I would not be taking the time to write this long review unless I knew it wasn't relevant sitting here now 917pm still no refill and ignored at this point I hate myself for just staying here I should have left these waitresses are ignoring me finally 920 brunette came back from break I suppose and got a second refill of coffee 921pm this was my experience tonight . the server that helped me or actually should I say felt forced to on the ticket her name Abigail G wish I knew the others name as she made me feel outlasted by far. the time was now 930 and leaving discusted humiliated and ignored by this blonde girl who never acknowledged me after even when the other one was on break is this the service this place has to offer and why me I have yet to know from the get go treated outcasted and ignored please if there is any Profesional here speak to these two especially the blonde one, I do not know her name but I do know the treatment and will always...
Read more7-1-25 Restaurant 7492 I was order my meal and asked for sourdough toast and the waitress was making me uncomfortable. So I was going to the front to pay I then asked for a different person because she was making me uncomfortable but the other person wasn't helping either. She even told susan that she did nothing wrong. Wow. Susan was making a scene roaming around the whole restaurant. Talking about sourdough, and that is why I was upset because there was no sourdough, that was not the. Reason why I was upset? I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager wasn't in the building, so Susan took it upon herself. Continue. Cursing at me, Mona was justifying her actions by saying she's just talking to herself, but she was talking out loud, so there's a difference then talking to yourself and talking out loud, and if you're gonna talk to yourself going to the kitchen, where there's not other customers. Watching all this? So she was making a scene and then she called Susan called the cops on me because I pulled my phone out after asking if this place was recording, I pulled my phone out and she accused me of recording her and she called the cops on me. Why I was saying and they're waiting for a manager, because I said, well I'll just sit here and wait. Until a manager comes because I'm a follow complaint. Because she's made me very uncomfortable and then the cop showed up and nothing was done. They just asked me to leave, but I am filing a report. Because now, I'm not only not gonna visit that Denny's. I am not gonna visit any dennys, and I'm gonna make this a big big deal. Because that scene that's made me feel so uncomfortable, because it was all over because of the fact that she was rushing me through my meal and um, yeah, you know, and how she was very Blunt about no sourdough and everything. And when I asked to speak to somebody else, she made a big scene about it and all that she just made me very uncomfortable throughout the whole transaction and Mona was there to back her up 100%, and now I felt like I felt even more uncomfortable, because now There was nobody there to see the customers point of view, they're backing each other up and that's made me very uncomfortable. Then the cops were called the Jenner manager had walked in, never got his name or anything, because I was asked to leave by the police officers so I never got the general manager's name but But he didn't make the situation any better for me.Either so i'm filing...
Read moreI have had much experience with Denny s, I have done repair work for them and been a customer.I can tell anyone reading this that they are one of the worst restaurants for cleanliness, taking care of the equipment, and taking care of their employees. I have been to multiple locations in multiple states and they are all disgusting. If any customer went in the kitchen and witnessed the condition of the floor, grills, and fryers that look like they're never cleaned, and the coolers were the food kept(full of mold and food uncovered) they'd puke. Denny's should be ashamed of there stores, I don't know how they pass any health imspections. We could also talk about how it smells like urine when you walk in to most of there stores, I think that they could clean these stores better and maybe try disinfecting something. I love when a company tries to remodel as cheaply as possible, nothing like painting over bubbled paint so the new paint can peel right off, and laying paneling halfway up a wall to hide holes and mold. I love seeing the wood around the windows rotted out because you can't fix your roof leaks. All the managers seem like they are probably the only employees that have lasted more than 6 months, they are mostly rude and don't care about customers. I guess we should all just get used to the idea that the managers are only there to get a paycheck and try increase their social lives, customers come last, my experience was not any better as a repair vendor, they are rude, have no idea what's going on, their corporate people send you work orders and the managers know nothing about it, they don't fix anything unless they have to, leave equipment broken for months, and then expect it to be repaired for no cost. Should we now talk about the mice and rats that are infesting at least 50% of the stores I have been in, cockroaches are not your biggest concern if you're a custmer,, I've had mice climb over my legs while I was laying on the floor working on the refrigerated serving line in one store, and scared 3 rats out of the mechanical room in another. I'll never even take a free meal from any of these stores, don't eat here if you value your health. D enny's you should hire some competent managers (not the next 19yr old that can stand working there for more than 6 months) and put some money into your stores instead of straight in the CEO's pocket, the cheap facelifts...
