Initially called store about their online coupon, nice lady explained my options. Placed order for Spartanburg location and paid with cc online. After 10 minute wait in the food court, the manager(Stacey) mentioned they didn’t have an order for me. She also mentioned having delays and other issues with online orders. I showed her my cc “pending" receipt but she took issue with “pending" and asked for email confirmation or order number. After I provided email confirmation, she noticed immediately the order was mistakenly sent to their NC location. She said she couldn’t prepare my order and suggested I call their 800 number and ask the order to be transferred to the Spartanburg store. After 12 minutes of getting nowhere, I called the NC Store. The NC manager took less than 18 seconds to make this right. He said, just tell the store manager(Stacey) what happened. I did and was told to call you 800 number. Unreal. After the manager of the NC sore called Stacey, she FINALLY made my pizza because she said it’s corporate money and she would get credit now. 55 minutes later. We really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I’ll be giving them another try! It won’t let me leave a 0 star or else I would. This is the most mismanaged business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Called the store starting at 7:22 pm. They finally answered at 7:48 pm. Spoke with James first and he informed me that there app was messing up but it wasn’t his problem. He then proceeds to say that even though they are open until 8pm they have already clocked out and won’t do anything about there screw up. He then puts lacy on the line to further explain that it’s not there fault and I should just wait until the following day. After doing so I see they repeated have issues at this location! I also think it is very sad that a national establishment would not give back to the community to help the homeless and people in need! This is the Christmas season Khama the time for giving, But in a case like this when the food's going to be thrown away, Someone is willing to pay for the left overs that are going to be thrown away to help the needy and the establishment refuses!
