03/26/22 Food is Good and the Service is better but... seem a little out of sorts... 5/10/23 The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Who EVER is the Owner of this unit should shut down the night shift. There was no urgency to get the service of the customers taken care of. There was no process for efficiency, employees to concerned about what each other is doing or eating and drinking the food. I'll NEVER Go to this unit after 6p ever again!
11/15/23 Normally I wouldn't complain and I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to being critical of people and their livelihood, but I thought on 5/10/23 was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS UNIT, BUT TODAY TAKES THE CAKE!!! I walked in because the drive thru was NOT moving at ALL!!! Red Flag 🚩 #1. So, I go in anyway because there is no one inside... Red Flag 🚩#2, the night Manager say out loud "Y'all gonna have to take that order because cashier name unknown is on break " so no one else knows how to run or have multiple cashiers on 1 register? IDK... I place my order with the young man from the drive thru "2 Loaded baked potatoes and he proceeds to ring it up, #1 with bacon 🥓 and shredded cheese sour cream and butter. #2 baked potato with shredded cheese, cheese sauce, sour cream and butter. Red Flag 🚩#3, I advised the young lady making the potatoes to make it exactly as I stated from the order above... and she proceeds to put chilli on top of the potato so I stopped her and told her "No Chilli and this is how I want it made" so the young man that rang up my order proceeds to try and convince me (NICELY PUT But Argued with me) about what I want versus what is on the Menu, "if I wanted to add Chili I would have expressed that's what I want" Red Flag 🚩 #4 The Manager says "I have to be specific when ordering something like that, if it were me I would have asked to be sure" and of course I couldn't let it go I say "Are you training him to be a Manager?" Manager says "No" I say "I can see why and he shouldn't be Arguing with the customer's". I said back in May of this year I would NOT RETURN to this unit after 6p and here we go AGAIN... Ridiculous service and staff! So this leaves me to believe that anyone in this Unit does NOT care about customer service! This time in done with after 6p in this unit.

Read moreI haven’t been to Wendy’s in years and for whatever reason decided to this evening. Upon ordering, I wasn’t asked whether I wanted my sandwich as just a sandwich or a meal. When I get to the window, I made reference to the cashier. I agreed upon an up charge. I checked my daughter’s fries which were old, and then handed them back politely requesting fresh ones. She gives me back a small fresh fry and placed my old fry in a medium carton. I sent them back. She brought me back old fries once again in which I then requested to speak with the manager. I was then told to just pull up. I sat for several minutes and then decided to go inside myself. Upon entering, there was a young man snickering asking me what happened, I ignored him. I asked another young man that was behind the counter if he would give me a medium fry fresh off of the fryer, as the fresh fries were just sitting there in a basket above the fryer. He never asked what I needed helped with and presented as he was annoyed that I asked. The original cashier brings me the fries in which I told her thank you. She looked directly in my face and never said a word. Upon arriving home to eat the food, the saucy nuggets are in an unsealed container sliding. Luckily I picked up the container from the bottom so they didn’t spill out. I bout a Dave’s double burger and there is no flavor or seasoning to the burger at all; I only taste mayonnaise and onion. Read moreCame here to get breakfast. Placed my order through the app and pulled up to the window to pickup. When asked to move forward and park I questioned because no one was in the drive thru. She replied that she had a drive thru time so I needed to park. I don’t understand how businesses get away with this tactic. If you’re slow then you’re slow; no reason to hide it. Wendy’s may be considered fast food but their drive thru is slow food. It’s not my fault everyone was outside on a smoke break when I pulled up to retrieve my order. Do better!
To add: I’m glad I questioned my order because she only had half of it supposedly and the rest started coming through as I sat there (that doesn’t make any sense)
Update: I didn’t check the order before I made it home and what do you know I was missing part of the order. I called back to see what happened and was informed this happens sometimes when the additional sandwich is between two combos. Now I question this because doesn’t the cook make the orders and send them to be picked up…. With that being said that means the bagger missed it. Anyway, I called and spoke to someone who said they would write my name down and I could get a combo the next time I visited. She was nice and apologetic but I was the only person there so I just don’t see how my food was missing AND...
