Arby's — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I used to really like this Arby's location and have visited it often. However, in our last several visits there has been evidence of lack of attention to order details. Today's visit highlights what I mean. To start with we were ordering food for 3 individuals. When my husband stated his selection the person taking our order didn't ask if that was all, instead she rushed along and gave him a total. He let her know there was more and continued to order 2 Traditional Greek Gyros and some other food. We got our food and went home. I started to eat one of the gyros, which was my order, only to discover that instead of a Traditional gyro with tzatziki sauce, they had sent us home with a gyro with Buffalo sauce slathered on it! I'm not just disappointed, I am mad. We paid good money for this and favored their place over other more conveniently located establishments and I can't even eat the meal. Messed up orders have happened several times over the past 2 months. I'm thinking we will avoid this Arby's...

The 2 for $7 special was very good (one to eat & one to take home). I got the French Dip & non spicy Fish. The French Dip was great (as usual). I liked the fish sandwich as well at the large portion. It was great they included extra tartar sauce on the side (the sandwich also has a dollop on it but nice if you want a little more or like to dip). My husband liked his beef n cheddar sandwich & the fish. I usually get some sliders (which are the perfect snack or small sized lunch) to take home but we had enough food. Every time I go to Arby's I am greeted by a friendly counter person & that's consistent whether I go to the one by the Spokane Valley mall, or the one on Sprague & University, downtown Spokane or Ellensburg, WA. Also, always clean & tidy. Only gave 4 stars on atmosphere because it's not formal - ie. candle light, cloth napkins, table cloth, china, silverware, crystal type place. It's family style -...

Wow!! This location is popular. I stopped by while on a road trip and there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. Staff was great at moving the line quickly. The lady taking orders was bubbly and full of energy! That’s something you don’t see much at fast food restaurants.

The lady at the window was less friendly. When I handed her a coupon she rolled her eyes and asked if I told them when I ordered. I apologized and felt bad for holding up the line, but it only took a minute for them to apply the coupon.

I can’t be mad tho. I understand with how busy it was the worker was likely stressed and not wanting to deal with things that could slow the line down.
