Will not be going back here. Decided to pick up some tacos for me and my girl because i heard they have a good Taco Tuesday. Asked for their beef rolled tacos, the kid at drive through Asked if I wanted ground beef. I said sure I guess. Then when I got to the window,I asked if their was any other beef options besides ground beef and he said Shredded so I asked if it was to late to go with that. He didn't respond and yelled at the cooks to change the order,I apologized, again no response. Then some lady I'm assuming the manager comes to the window and gives me dirty looks. He asks what sauce I want and I said some of that green kind if you carry any and he gives me my order and says hey "the cooks wanted me to tell you the next time you cone here know what you want" First off,I think it's unprofessional to confront a paying customer after the fact and give them some ultimatum lol. I payed for my food already and I asked before hand if it was going to be a issue to change the order and the drive through worker said nothing neither did the cooks,so obviously it wasn't a problem when they were taking my money, second mabey if you present alternative options before hand I wouldn't have to ask. Mabey try having more friendly outgoing customer service. Lots of great Mexican restaurants in this city will NOT be coming back here to be treated so rudely and passive...
Read moreLook, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the food, but that is when they get it right. I've been to this location about three times, and another one about the same. At the other location I got the #6, which was 2 enchiladas, and I always choose chicken. Every single time, I've asked to get green sauce for the enchiladas, and green salsa on the side. The other location I went to always got it right, but this location only does it right when I go in and order, not when I use the drive thru. This time I made sure to clarify that I wanted BOTH green sauce, and green salsa, which I'm pretty sure are the same, they just use the salsa for the sauce. And the worker repeated it back correctly. I went to the window, paid, and got my change, but they cut me short for some of it, not giving me the rest of my change. I parked off to the side to look if they got my order right, and they once again didn't. I'm not one to go in and cause a scene, so I just went home and ate it. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, I just don't like it as much as the green one. The workers are nice, but they need to start listening better. Safe to say, I'm disappointed with...
Read moreI absolutely love to come here and say my order when prompted at the drive through which is then followed by 2 minutes of silence then (here's my favorite part) someone finally says my order back, except it's only like 1 of the 5 items like they didn't hear anything at all. Oh, and then you have to repeat it back again and correct the wrong order they spoke back to you. Then, after waiting 10 minutes, you get to the window, and after paying, they ask if you want to tip, no thanks. And here's the absolute best part, they hand you a bag, and when you look into it, you see it's missing items that you had to say like 3 times already when ordering. And then you go back inside and try to get it sorted out, and then they charge you for the missing item and then they tell you that you can keep the item they rang you in wrong for. But they take it in the back, and you never see it again? So, just to make things clear, ordering was a train wreck, order was wrong, and then correcting it wasn't as easily as it could have been. The...
