Noodle Express — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

First time and I will never go back. Stop by for lunch a few days ago with a co worker and I never seen employees more rude. We asked the cashier, Heather to assist us with the menu and on top of appearing annoyed by our request, she wasn't helpful at all. Didn't know how to explain correctly the extra charges, she managed to mess up the order and on top of that she overcharged my co worker. While this is happening we are getting dirty looks from all the "tough guys" in the back. When my co worker tried to ask for an explanation for the charges on the bill, they acted like if we were stupid or if we were asking for a hand out. Our order was to go, so I didn't found out they screwed up my order until we returned back to work. I called back just to point out what happened, I know better that once you leave the place with the food your on your own pretty much, because they will think you are trying to pull a fast one, but I decided to call back anyway to let them know that on top off everything else they also managed to screw up my order. Heather the same cashier answered the phone and she did not wanted to hear it, right away she passed the phone to Charlie, "mr. tough guy on the phone." I tried to speak to him and explain the situation thinking he was the manager, but I realized quick that this guy has been briefed already about us and he did not wanted to hear anything I had to say. On top of that he was very rude and acted like he gave me the food for free. The whole time he acted so unprofessional and he was so loud that I'm sure everybody can hear him in the store. I almost feel like he was two seconds away from challenge me into a fist fight ( which by the way, he has no chance) I will never return to this place ever and I will let everybody I know how rude they are at this place. It's called customer service idiots!! You might want to take a few lessons before you work with customers again. People pay for the food and customers have to right to ask questions and explanations. If you're miserable and hate your job, find something else but don't take it on the paying customers who visit your store. Specially the ones who go there for...

I haven't order food from this location for a while. But yesterday I came in to order food to go. As I was waiting looking around the whole inside the room and including your kitchen at front where the cooks making food. I have notice tables aren't clean, floors was dirty and trash every where and very sticky floors. Also, most importantly your staff are not very profesional looking, everyone hairs a hanging around and every body has a long hair. Hygiene is a must for your customers who's eating your food every time they come in.

I mean they are all preparing food or surround with food, your staff should be wearing hairnet, or hat and all thier hair should be up!!!!!! This is how to proctect your customers from getting hair in thier food what they order food to eat.

First of the food is always good. The valley location always has the worst customer service ever. Every time I come in the younger ladies are always so rude. I came in today 5.1.2024 and picked an order that was order online and she tossed it at me from her side to the other side of the counter and when I was asking her a question and she answer and walked away rude and disrespectful. She had blonde hair and honestly it was all three females but mostly one of them that was just beyond rude. They need to hired different people who will actually have better attitude.
