I only decided to order from here because they were having a promotion for a free small cheese pizza, which they didn't even include. I tried calling to inquire about this issue and the kid on the phone basically just said "umm der... I don't know" and hung up. So here is what I did receive. This is what $45 gets you at the Spokane Valley Pizza Pipeline. I ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and a "Traditional Veggie" sub sandwich. The pizza was mediocre at best; it was over-cooked with barely enough cheese on it to even cover the pizza fully LOL. The sub sandwich is by far the worst. It looks like they took a handful of slop and threw it on a crusty old loaf of bread. Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even feel comfortable feeding this to my dog. I just dumped it in the trash. I remember Pizza Pipeline used to be a great place like 20 years ago. Unfortunately, they really went down hill. It's really disappointing the see that too. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go here anymore. You can get far better quality pizza at any other large chain pizza place for a fraction of the price.

I used to eat here a lot. The sausage and mushroom pizza was so great! It's been years mostly because of the prices. The sign on the front says 'epic deal' with 2 slices and a drink. Sorry to say, for $6 it was anything but epic unless you like leathery tough, dry pizza! I think the pizza had been sitting for a few hours under a heat light or something. It was not edible and after taking a bite, and spitting it out I went next door to Lil Caesars. They have the same deal but for $5 and it was fresh and hot! I don't know when Pipelines prices went up so much, but I think in order to compete with Caesars that's right next door, they are going to have to revamp their pizza and prices. Unfortunately, I won't b back.

This pizza was okay. We got a 16 inch Pepperoni Pizza, Buffalo Wing Bites and Zesty Cheesy Bread it was $31 for pickup. The pizza tasted ok and had a good amount of cheese and pepperoni other then that it was plain and there was too much sauce near the crust edge only. The Zesty Cheesy sticks were also very plain and had no flavor it tasted just like cheese only which it did have a lot of. Then the Wing Bites were really hot which is a good thing but I didn't like the flavor much like I do at other pizza places. So I think it was okay but not good enough to where I'd pick it out of other places.

This place is a joke. I have NEVER had a customer service experience like this. Waited over an hour to get a medium pizza and a half order or stix. When we finally got our food, the stix were burnt and the pizza looked like a three year old made it, and that is an insult to 3 year olds. All of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza, it was not even cut and the sauce was literally spilling out. When I called in to speak with somebody, just to tell them the issues and what had happened, not even ask for a refund, I was told that I was "lying about the time that I waited." And that it was only an hour and 12 minutes. When I told the guy on the phone that I did not care about the wait, and what I cared about was the quality of the garbage that I paid for, he then proceeded to continue to talk over me and tell me there was nothing that he could do, said that he was the HIGHEST in the store, and that I can call corporate if I wanted. He told me that he would remake and hand deliver my order after basically yelling at him to not be a dick, which I did not want since I already waited over an hour for my first one, and he then proceeded to say, "Okay well I don't know what you want me to do then." This place is a joke. Not our first issue that we have had here, and definitely the last order they will ever see from us. I will also be calling corporate and getting my money back from...

Don't waste you're money here! First order: $55, asked for contactless delivery, driver showed up without gloves on, no free medium pizza with my XL (the special) and without the extra ranch we paid for. Second order: another $50, ask for contactless delivery AGAIN, but THIS driver needs to USE MY PHONE TO CALL TO MAKE SURE I HAD PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD! Again no gloves, OBVIOUS CONTACT. So last night we try AGAIN. ANOTHER $55/ I purposefully do NOT leave a tip, because of the last two incidents of non-satisfactory service. THE DRIVER CALLS ME AND SAYS "Ma'am, you didn't include a tip." I feel pressured, so I say "Fine, add $5." I call to report this and am hung up on again and again. Finally got thru tonight, and the manager simply says, "I'll talk to the driver". I say "and I'll be leaving a bad review, thanks". Manager says again, "I'll talk to him." So Pizza Pipeline I'll be telling all my friends about this and your lack of quality during this time of quarantine. After spending over $150 there, they do nothing to make it right. Save your money and don't order from these people! Your money is obviously more important here than the quality of service or satisfaction...

I tried to originally order online and it wouldn't process. Ended up having to call my order in instead. The first lady I spoke to was very pleasant and had great communication over the phone. The man that delivered our dinner did not bring a 2L bottle that I had requested and he was so kind and said he would go back and get a 2l for us. However he was back within a minute, there is no way that young man drove all the way to the pizza store and back in that time Frame and the traddic that would have been present at that time. I called the store right away to have them call him and tell him not to bother but the lady on the phone that time was Incredibly rude and short. This young man did not go to the pizza store he went out of his way and went to the store or convenience store and purchased our 2L for us with his own money, sure a 2L may not cost a lot but the fact that he went out of his way do that. He was wearing a green plaid shirt and drove a gold/tan PT cruiser. The fact that this gentlemen went above and beyond customer service he deserves to be noticed! And that his selfless act did not go unnoticed. We tried to grab cash for him but he was...
