Jack in the Box location on Pines Rd, has the best employees!👍🏻 At least they did a few months ago.. I know that recently two of my favorite employees of theirs have moved away 😩 but there's still a few good ones remaining, & every time I return, I'm always greeted promptly & kindly, & treated with respect & leave the drive thru with a dorky smile on my face.🤓 Now that's good stuff! Plus I've never had a complaint with their food, either. I don't usually get as puffy of tacos as I've shown in my "Jack in the box tacos" photos that I posted on here, though..😞
Believe it or not; those big beautiful puffy DELICIOUS tacos🌮 / photos were from sometime over the Summer of 2023, made by the night-shift on Broadway Ave & Sullevin location! I was HIGHLY impressed that night by that dood employee!!! Too bad I haven't seen him there since...😩 SOOPER tragic because those were thee #1 BEST tacos 🌮 I've EVERRRR had from a Jack in the box in my entire life, hands down!!!❤️
Speaking of which....: Every time I've been to Jack in the box located on Broadway Ave. & Sullevin Rd. in Spokane Valley, I'm always sadly disappointed with their customer service..;; As a Door-Dasher, I am told my customer's order will take around 10 minutes EVERY single time I've EVER dashed there at nighttime, & they make me pull thru & drive my car around to the front of the building, park outside of their front doors, turn off my car, & wait for the order (that was ALREADY previously ordered thru the Dasher App probably a good half hour before My arrival as it is...😣.) I've ended up waiting around at least 10min before I get my customer's order in hand...😬 ((As a Dasher, waiting for longer than a few minutes is VERY frustrating & VERY much a Giant waste of time... time⌚ is LITERALLY money💰 for us Dashers...)) BUT at least the food turns out alright most of the time.👍🏻 Gotta give credit there at least for sure.
👎🏻Complaint story about the Broadway Ave & Sullevin Rd. Location:::👎🏻 I am a door dasher.; A few months back, I literally got chewed out by an older gal 'manager' for trying to pick up my door dash order in the drive thru, when their lobby was still open (before 10pm). I had NO idea that us Dashers are 'not allowed' to use the drive thru window until AFTER their lobby is closed for the night, let alone that their lobby doesn't even close until 10pm...I figured it was already closed for the night since it was almost 9pm. So I got it hammered into my brain🧠 by this "manager lady" for a solid few minutes straight of a long, tedious, & ridiculous lecture... I'm a full grown adult in my 30's... This was NOT fun for me to sit thru whatsoever...
So I finally replied to her; "well I normally ONLY dash at nighttime after 10pm, so I wouldn't exactly know this information, now would i....? it's also Not written in the Dasher app ANYWHERE that your lobby closes at 10pm, & it is 8:45pm right now, so I thought your lobby was Already closed..I had NO idea I'm 'not allowed' to use the drive thru until after 10pm... So maybe you should be telling day-dashers this information, & not JUST Me, when I normally Only dash at nighttime as it is... But thanks now I definitely am aware of this & certainly WONT forget for next time👍🏻 that's for darn sure...."
After her lecturing me for minutes on end, holding up the line & my customer's order, just to make sure she rudely repeats the info to me several times in a row....... Yeah I definitely won't forget this next time. LOBBY DOESNT CLOSE UNTIL 10pm. GOT IT.👍🏻 At least I can assure her that I won't be forgetting that any time...
Read moreAs a business owner myself I felt the need to post a review. This is not the first time that I've unfortunately had an experience with this particular employee. I have no idea what this woman's problem is or who pissed in her cup of coffee but she really needs to learn how to get a hold of her emotions cuz she's well old enough to understand by her age alone. Older woman can tell she's been through a harder life lots of makeup. In January 17th approximately 12. Or in another employee we're working her and a guy. Went through drive-thru she kind of makes it a joke through the drive-thru. Very eccentric sounding. I reached the front I was going through my change I was not taking long at all literally just pulled up but apparently she have the patience of a toddler. No one was in the Drive-Thru but me and literally one car pulled up behind me ready to order as I was literally in the Drive-Thru. I go to grab change she opens the door of the window and says are you adding to your order? I go no I'm getting my nickel. She slams the window. Has me waiting there comes back takes the money no high doesn't read back my order gives me an absolutely no receipt. The guy standing there like they're chuckling about something you could tell she hates her life he probably hates his life too working there they're festering off each other is what I'm saying. Then she goes we're going to need you to go to blah blah blah blah blah says it's so fast and shuts the door I can't even ask for sauces doesn't even ask me if I want any sauces so I sit there and I wait and I put my head down because she heard me getting ready to ask for something but shuts the door anyway. Realizes I'm there opens it up I say can I get taco sauce she goes mmmm k door shuts again. First off woman is way old enough to understand common courtesy and respect and work ethics at her age I'm pretty much her age. It's nobody's fault but your own why that's your job at this point in your age. Those are decisions you chose that got you to where you're at girlfriend. And every day is what you make it. You shouldn't portray your negative energy off of customers. And as a business owner of myself I wanted to share that with you because I will no longer go to Jack in The box that was the second time I've been there and had this encounter with the same negative Nancy. My food was horrible the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way or overcooked I couldn't even bite through it all. The fries weren't even filled. Very old and still tasting like they've been letting it sit there for probably too long. I take my business seriously I take my customer service seriously I definitely take my employees advertising my business and on my behalf seriously and I hope you do too because at this rate and the previous reviews you're not going to be in business much longer at that rate. Read moreSunday, July 2nd, 2023 at approx 11 am. My wife and I pulled into the parking lot and attempted to enter the lobby. Both doors locked. No signs. Just locked doors. Okay, so it must be drive through only. We get back into our car and get into the drive through line. 4 cars in front of us that seemed to move at an okay speed. We order a Chicken sandwich meal and sausage sandwich. We get to the window and the person at the window explains that only 3 people showed up to work that day. Okay, that explains the lobby being closed. Signs would have been nice. She is yelling to the people in back that she needs our chicken sandwich. She asks us if we could pull forward while we wait for our sandwich. Okay, we pull a car length ahead and wait, and wait and wait. We watch one car after another get their food and drive around us. 20 minuets of waiting and 3 or 4 cars, I have to go back to the window, yelling over some unfortunate customers car, that we are still waiting for our food. The people inside yell back that a chicken sandwich takes time. Really??? I go back to our car and wait and wait. Several more cars go through the line. I have to go back to the window, and unfortunatly, now I'm mad. They tell me that the other customers orders were easy, and our chicken sandwich is taking time. They hand me a desert "for my patience" (ugh) and I stomp back to my car. They finally bring out a bag and we leave. Its not until we get around the block that we find out that there is no meal, just 2 sandwiches for $16.00 I understand the frustration of a short staff, but if you can't serve your customers, then close shop. Its better to have disappointed customers than MAD, MAD, Mad customers who had an hour of their time and $ stolen from their pocket. Will not visit this Franchise again, which is unfortunate, because its close to our sons house and would be an easy stop. I would like to note that the employee at the window was polite and was attempting to work things out and angry customers were probobly not helping her situation
