Cinnabon — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

12.22.24: Visited the mall to pick-up a last minute gift and of course had to hit up the Cinnabon since I was there. Plus it's holiday season and I'm all about the gluttony. It was my first time at this particular store and I ordered a Classic Cinnabon and a Cookie BonBite.

You can't go wrong with the classic Cinnabon! It's consistently great in taste and texture and what is expected of a cinnamon roll. What sets Cinnabon apart from other cinnamon rolls is somehow they've mastered a soft moist melt in your mouth dough, yet it's not soggy at all!

Now on to this new Cookie BonBite. This petite cookie combines your homestlye chocolate chip cookie with a mini Cinnabon bite wrapped in the center. When you bite into it, cut into it in my case, you have a warm chocolatey chip cookie mixed in with that comforting ooey gooey cinnamon roll bite. The taste was super delicious and a must try if you're a favorite of both.

When I came into the mall this Thursday i went to cinnabon to get some cinnamon rolls with my 10% off cupon from retail-me-not and when I showed it before I paid the very rude manager rolled her eyes and scoffed at me because it was too much work for her to take 15 seconds out of her day to add the cupon on my order. Then the manager leaned her weoght on the counter like she was disgusted at me and gave me a dirty look because I wanted pecans when i saw that the single cinnoman rolls had them. This was the worst $26.00 I have ever spent at cinnabon. The Rolls were dry and cut like the the day old store brands. I would imagine a quart of extra frosting might have taken care of the issue. I froze some quarters so you can see. I have never had leftovers in a cinnabon box, I mean Never. T his adventure through the mall was a total waste of my time,money,and effort. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THREE OF THE SIX WERE UNEATEN,EXTRA FROSTING AND ALL! Staff was excellent and facility was clean.only the food we had taken to a party to impress folks with was bad....
