Starbucks — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

For many years I have gone to the Starbucks in at the Wandermere Fred Meyers on Spokane and had my Starbucks coffee grinded. They have been so nice and always cheerful to do it for me no matter what I' be never had a problem with them! I recently moved to Liberty Lake Washington and needed my Starbucks coffee grinded and the lady denied me and said her manager won't allow it. (The Fred Meyers on Sprague) I couldn't believe it! The next day I went to the Liberty Lake Starbucks and had my coffee grinded and then told him about my experience at the Fred Meyers on Sprague and they said they should never have done that to me no matter what! I will not buy a Starbucks coffee or a drink at that Starbucks in Fred Meyer's on Sprague in the Spokane...

Typically I avoid visiting a Starbucks inside another location because the people staffing said location are grouchy and cranky. This location, however, is absolutely amazing. Charity and Eric and efficient and friendly. I will now make THIS location my home location. It doesn’t even bother me to have to get out of my car to come in. Served tea scolding hot. So hot that the cup began to melt. I asked for it to be remade, they said they cannot control the temperature which is fine.
