Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I understand being short staffed but that is never an excuse for poor customer service. I placed an order through the app and received confirmation that it would be delivered in approximately 35 minutes. My driver texted me to tell me they were out of the soda I chose.

This message was received at the time I was told my order would be delivered. An entire half hour later, he texted me again and said he has to leave because the wait is too long. So, I called the store to check in because that seemed extremely odd. A girl answered the phone (I believe she said her name was Heidi) and was clearly exasperated. I told her the situation and let her know, I just wanted to check in on the food I’ve already paid for. She got extremely defensive and told me they were short staffed and their manager left.

As someone who has worked a lot of customer service, I get it but you don’t talk to your customers that way or give excuses. She rudely told me my food would be PUT IN THE OVEN NEXT. That is nearly an hour and a half after I sent my order to the store. I let her know I wasn’t trying to be rude but I had been waiting a really long time for this food. Instead of offering any apologies or anything to rectify the situation, she told me my food would be ready soon and hung up on me.

I had to call the customer support line and wait on hold for nearly 20 minutes to talk to someone about what was going on and even the guy who answered there wasn’t much help. My order eventually arrived uncut and undercooked. What a huge waste of money and time. If I could give zero stars I would. According to these other reviews, this wasn’t an isolated incident either. I will be taking my business to their multiple competitors...

I have had SEVERAL bad experiences with this location and keep giving them chances BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! I'm calling corporate too because this little ceasars is THE WORST little ceasars I've ever been to and I've lived in FL, traveled around the states and been to a lot of locations before and none ever came close to how bad this little ceasars is... the staff is RUDE!!! No one acknowledges you when you walk in. I walked in before and stood there for about 10 min before anyone helped me. At least acknowledge my presence and say you will be with me soon if you're busy. The last delivery order we placed took over 2 hours for us to get it and my husband actually had to go pick it up because our delivery guy said they kept giving him the run around on when the pizza was gonna be ready. So when my husband got there the chick working there was rude and clearly done with it all. She kept huffing and puffing and storming back and fourth from the counter to the kitchen. After he waited about 30 minutes he finally got our order. No apologies no nothing. Hygiene is poor there, no one was wearing gloves and staff handles money and counter and then touches your food without washing their hands. They need to shut down that location and open up a better store there cuz this little ceasers SUCKS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR APPETITE HERE! Quality of food is terrible too especially their crazy bread i used to loooove getting nice warm, doughy, buttery crazy bread and here u get hard, old tasting sticks in a bag. Second time in about 2 months that this location has had terrible food. It use to be one of the better and cleaner locations but not anymore! My walk in visit at the beginning of July I received all three packages of rock hard, deformed crazy bread sticks. The Italian cheese bread was tasteless. Hot and Ready cheese pizza was “okay.” I was able to get a meal replacement from corporate and trying to do so in store was difficult. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, acted like the email I received was fake, and while waiting for this order to be made “right” I waited inside noticing how they don’t seem to take much care into keeping up the place. The bathroom was dirty, garbage overflowing. The main area had build up of grease stains that weren’t mopped in I’m not sure how long, and the pop cooler said “sorry, broken, warm sodas only.” In a hurry for something quick and easy for dinner we decided to give them a try again by ordering through the app. Wrong choice! All 3 of the pizzas I ordered were almost sauce-less. Again, rock hard and tasteless crazy breads, this time not deformed, but browned like left too long in the oven. At least the Italian cheese bread was good. Unfortunately, I decided to try their new cookie dough brownie and they shoved it into the pizza portal with all of my other food, so yay for melted goopy brownies. 😓 Guess we will just have to find another pizza place to switch to, because this location obviously can’t get...
