This review is to commend Tay for her prompt actions in making sure her customers were safe from a suspicious character.
I had met one of my colleagues at this Starbucks to discuss life and the upcoming college classes we are taking together in the Accounting program at WSU. We bought some drinks and talked for an hour and a half when I started to notice a man loitering, talking to himself, playing with the straws and sugars, but seemingly having no drink in hand. It began looking like he was staking out the store. I shook off the uncomfortable vibes but became very aware of him. After a half hour he approached me and gave me his number. I rejected the advance and he slowly walked back to his table mumbling. Tay came over and asked if everything was okay. My colleague and I explained that he had been creeping around the store. She apologized and told us that she would handle it as it was not the first time he had made customers feel uncomfortable. I started to get a bit anxious after that, and, realizing he had been in the bathroom for a while, decided to leave with my friend. A couple hours later I received a message from Tay telling us that he had been trespassed off the property and was with the police. I thanked Tay for her prompt action and in making her customers feel safe....

Businesses are either customer service focused or employee centric. Customer service focused businesses strive to provide great customer service.
This starbucks location has 5 or 6 employees laughing loudly and milling around joking while one messes up your drink, after which they all die laughing again. This has happened to me 4 out of 4 of my visits.
Today the Barista who thought it was hilarious and amazing that she had just given my drink to someone else, took her sweet time making another one for me, from memory. My splash of oat milk turned into a gigantic pour of whole milk that turned the drink literally white. i threw it out as soon as I got home. She must've put 90% milk into that cup.
This same barista has remade 2 out of 4 drinks over the past few months. Its the laughing about it that gets me. The whole crew always thinks that their screw ups are absolutely hilarious.
If you want to work in a zero expectations store where you laugh and joke instead of making drinks correctly, then this is the place for you.

Read moreI'm a regular customer at Starbucks, I buy a beverage from this business two times every single week for a long time now. I normally have no complaints and I get amazing service with an even more amazing drink. But this was the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks in my whole entire life. Number one the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my son, and they gave us dirty looks the entire time we were there. Second of all my beverage was made after three people got their drinks that had ordered after my beverage was already ordered and paid for. I felt like it was intentional and they purposely didn't make my drink in time. Once I finally got the beverage I took a drink and it was the worst drink I've ever had in my life. One sip and I had to throw my $5 in the trash. I really don't appreciate this and I feel like I am owed some compensation. This has never happened to me before and I would like some better service. I normally go to the drive-thru and this is one of the only times I've gone inside and I get treated like trash. I'm a good customer and this...
