Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I wish I could give negative stars i would. Ordered 2 items at 10pm, the dasher got to the store at 1030pm messgees me to let me know an at 1055pm I call the store an got hung up on 3 times called again and savanna the manager i guess she says she is , didn't even know what my order was, then I told her and asked why it's taking so long for 2 items she told me I shouldn't order food at 10pm, and then a said my dasher just arrived i said no hr got there at 1030pm then told me she is to busy to keep up and I told her an hour is ridiculous,she kept yelling at me n hung up on me a 4th time an refused to answer again. She also refused to tell the dasher what my order was so he could make sure it was correct.

When the dasher arrived at my house he said she was really rude to him as well. I called another store to get the complaint number and the gentleman there Tyler was very helpful and gave me information I needed and said im not the 1st one to call an complain about the valley store on Sullivan in Spokane valley snd that he csn believe what I said as Jessica is always rude like that. This issue will be going to corporate number hoping to get Jessica fired or demoted you don't talk to people or treat them bad if you don't like your job find another one. Definitely wont be going back here. N i feel bad for the dasher as well.

The pizza tastes alright once in a while. The people who make and cut the pizzas can't seem to figure out how to do it. It's not that tough to make a pizza and cut it. If you're unable to do that maybe you should go be a receipt checker at walmart. You people are so frustrating and lazy. Seriously... you haven't learned how to cook a pizza all the way or cut it all the way through even though it's literally your job to do just that. I will never purchase anything from pizza hut ever again and I hope it goes out of business and you all lose your jobs. Everyone there just wants to get paid even though they do a p**s poor job at one of the easiest tasks there is. I would love to go back and throw this undercooked, uncut pizza right in everyone's face, but like I said before I'll settle with never stepping foot in another pizza hut ever again. This is the best location I have ever had and tonight I ordered pizza as usual. I have always had amazing service but today took the cake. I ordered from the Sprague location(across from the Sullivan fred meyer) and I wrote in the special instruction “thank you” and when I received my pizza I got a fantastic surprise. It said “No, thank you:)“ on the box. I work in retail/the food business and know how crazy it has been. I just really appreciate who had wrote that on the box. It may have been a small thing but it made such a difference to me. I really hope this location gets mentioned in a daily email or at least to the upper company because it is this personal touch that no computer can add that makes the difference.
