I shop here with my wife and I find the items that are here to be quality, I find it there t-shirts for printing items on silk screening things of that nature are extremely high the same exact t-shirt sold at this store for $13 can be bought at Target, Walmart, or any other clothing store for approximately $4. These are playing t-shirts and tank tops used for silk screening and things of that nature but they don't justify the price increase that would be my only complaint would be stores in general. Prices tend to be a little high but when they have sales they tend to go big 34% off at times. The staff seems to be knowledgeable for the most part and helpful kind and friendly Grandma's women in general. They do have a small selection geared towards children some model airplanes and cars and things of that nature but nothing really that a guy would want within a hobby store, also I think it's very important that Hobby Lobby takes a look at HobbyTown USA a Story Don't too much care for but they sell RadioShack Parts I think that Hobby Lobby should get in talks with RadioShack since all the Radio Shacks that closed down in the United States as stores RadioShack still makes their products available and they want to bring them into the stores this would draw a much bigger crowd into the store that one's free Hobby Lobby. Read moreVery poor management at this place. The Manager placed a brand new employee on returns. Hobby Lobby usually only has one person doing returns. I stood in line for 30 minutes and I was 2nd in line. The employee did not know what she was doing because she had not been trained. The manager just kept standing around even though the return line behind me kept growing. After 30 Min an older lady with glasses came and helped out. She knew what she was doing and did my return. The manager came over and at that point I told him how he should have an experience employee doing returns and that I had stood there for a long time to do a simple return. That he should train his new employee before putting on returns. I believe it went in one ear and out the other. I doubt he will change anything. The experience employee who checked me out apparently didn't agree with me as she made a sarcastic remark to me as I left which was "hope your world gets better."
I'm thinking my world would be better if the manager would train their employees instead of making customers spend there time waiting for someone to learn on their own. Maybe the lady who helps me has plenty of time in her life to wait in line for things like that but I don't. I'm a busy person my time is important to me.

Read moreThe store carries some cool things for improving your home Decore and starting new crafts. Outrageous prices. Employees price things by hand and put different prices on the same objects to hopefully catch their customers not paying attention and get few extra bucks. Employees walking around like drones with only a few up front at the registers. Every time we're there the manager is in the front using the intercom every 5 minutes to call different people at the registers. They hang up sale flyers near objects that are not even on sale at that time to confuse their customers. Again, to get the extra buck making us think it is on sale for the 40% off or so. Ashley, at the register, is usually clueless and not friendly. Went shopping with my mother today and they almost ripped her off on a few things until I spoke up. I had to verify with Ashley that the small yellow bird feeder was 40% off but forgot what it was called. As it was the only yellow object, we bought out of three things I asked Ashley if the yellow thing is 40% off like advertised. She took a hot minute to compute that and looked me in the eye and asked me "the picture frame?" the brown picture frame... as I asked if the yellow feeder was priced correctly. Another hot minute for her to compute that and finally got an answer....
