Method Juice Cafe Northside — Restaurant in Spokane

Four star because I am thrilled anyone is trying to build a healthy business on the northside of Spokane. So thank you and kudos! I get tried of driving to the southside for anything resembling health food.

I have enjoyed the fresh pressed juices at the Method Juice Cafe downtown and then saw on Facebook that they were opening up a northside store. Can I say how absolutely thrilled I was!!!!

So I walked in during the first month it opened only to be sorely disappointed. This is not a fresh juice bar. They sell pre-bottled pre-pressed juice that can be several days old.

Please consider making this a fresh juice bar Method. When people pay 8-10 dollars for fresh juice that means they want to pick the specific ingredients and have the juice pressed fresh in front of them. Not buy a three day old juice made mostly from sugary fruits. (I want veggies!)

I was also miffed by Liz Johnson's review. If they advertise both vegan and vegetarian options they can offer butter/gee and honey as options. The status of the "vegan" smoothie only changes to "vegetarian" after a non vegan option has been added. If I could give 0 stars I would and if i didnt just pay 20 dollars for this bowl i wouldve thrownnit at their wall. I went into this location thinking it would be as great as the one downtown is. I was clearly wrong, rudest females I've ever witnessed within a company. We were rushed and apparently they have been training employess for over a year now accounting to mess ups and past reviews. Made their own suggestions to my friend when she asked about an add on and tried to make a different choice for her. Told me they did not make a bowl add on they clearly had on their literal website. Her and her friend has the worst attitude and worst customer service from the start of walking into this place. So me nor my friend tipped because of their nasty attitudes and when we left she had said. 'thanks for the tip." That is the most disgusting unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed coming from an organization. Obviously has no passion, no knowledge and the experience is lacked in this business! I was so excited to go in and try this place. Ran in after work today. There were two employees chatting behind the counter. Neither one acknowledged me or greeted me, even looked at me for that matter. I stood at the counter looking at the menu and finally grabbed a menu and went and stood at a table to read it. Once again not one person even looked at me. They were still chatting away to eachother. I then went to the counter and stood, the one employee said she would be right with me. Not a "hi" or a smile or anything. She came over a minute later and took my order, asked my name and walked away. As they made my order no one said anything to me, the two employees just continued to chat away to eachother. I was more sad by this experience then anything. I like to go out of my way to support and promote local. I dont want to leave a 1 star review but that was honestly my experience. My smoothie and juice were great and would love to get it again there, however I dont want to go thru that experience again. It was honestly awkward for lack of a better word.
