Purchased 4 boxes of Christmas lights in December to decorate my front porch. I tried to return 2 of them because I did not need them. They are in perfect condition and I have the receipt. They would only give me a quarter of the price I paid for the 2 sets of lights.
Apparently they have seasonal policy that if you don’t return Christmas items before 12/25 you get the clearance price. I did see that now on 12/30 Christmas is marked at 50% off. I don’t know what I’m only getting 25% of my money back. I do realize my loss is minimal as I paid 7.99 x 4= $34.84(including tax). Returning half that so now they are only offering me $4 and change. It is the policy I am frustrated with the lack of customer care. I would have been even more frustrated if I had purchased more from this company and lost more money.
I already thought the quality of the product sold were low and the price is too high for the quality. Now I can see they really don’t care about their customers. They just want their money. I will not be shopping here any longer. They have low quality products and a bad return policy.

Read moreI was recently in the store with my friend, although we had a good idea what we were coming in for, we ended up spending more time then we thought (surprise surprise) the store has sooooo much to look at. Well it was later in the evening about 8 p.m or 8:30 no one else shopping in the store besides us, not ONE of the 4 or 5 employees I saw working attempted to ask if we were finding everything ok, or if we needed any help for that matter, which we DID need HELP, If they would have came and asked, perhaps they could have helped with grabbing another cart for the larger items my friend was purchasing, or maybe just taking the larger items to the front so we were not trying to maneuver through the store with 2 carts. (Mind you my friend has a service animal that has to be attended to at all times) My friend just recently moved into her place and has spent a LARGE amount of money at this store. I had went outside to pull the car up to the front, and they didn't even offer to help push one of the carts out for her... When asking the cashier about it she called over another associate. He was instantly rude and while explaining where the item was displayed he said he wasn't going to sell it to us and slammed it on the counter. He said he was frustrated because of his lovely customers. He finally found something after looking for it for 2 days because someone had put it in the wrong spot. He accused us and his entire customer base of moving and hiding stuff. When I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. We did nothing to warrant his aggressive and uprofessional behavior. I was so appalled by the way we were being treated I didn't catch his name. He is an older black male. We left without purchasing anything we had and will not be back.
