Called an hour ahead to make 5 sandwiches. Told them to put a meatball sandwich in one bag and 4 in the other ( 2 BLTS, a sweet and spicy meatball, and a turkey bacon ranch. As these are going to two places. Then I order 2 blt without onions. Even when I say don't put onions on my sandwich because you did it last time. They say no onions go on the sandwich.

I come put up pay for my food 75 bucks and get two stapled bags. Me thinking the food is in the proper bag. So I go deliever the food and take the other bag home. After driving a total of about hour in ice and snow 3 sandwiches is the bag and it has onions. Have to drive to first house and get my 4th sandwich. (Find out later that the meatball subs and sweet and fire went to the wrong places also.) so nothing was right except the turkey bacon ranch.

Go to the place telling them they need to get the proper training to make some sandwiches. And I did cus I was really angry, if your paid 15 an hour make the sandwiches right. It's a BLT. It's not that hard. How hard is that sandwich? To complicated for you. Anyway wouldn't contact the manager. So they said we can remake your sandwich. I'm sorry but no your to incompetent to make my basic BLT. I'll be back to get my money back for the food I didn't get.

I get a phone call an hour after the event

Guess I won’t be getting my money back due to berating 15 dollar an hour workers on how they don’t know how to make sandwiches. Becuase I was called at home (via their caller Id) from their GM and told I was no longer welcomed there after confirming her stories. I admit I went off. No denying that. And never mind I’m out 15 bucks for leaving a wrongly made sandwich on there counter but I was informed on the phone BLT”s have onions. UPDATE! 3 months later I just want to say I've been in multiple times and its awesome every time! Friendly staff and its always clean which is a deal breaker if not. Also the manager remembers us each time. My favorite place to eat in Spokane! So if you want the best sandwich give it a try or go to a fast food restaurant which I go to as well but never leave satisfied. When was the last time you went to McDonald's and as you ate that "burger" ordered one for your mom to taste?🤔😂😂😂

My girlfriend and I stopped by last weekend and I was so pleased I had to order a meatball sandwich to take to my mom. She loved it as well. Then we went back and though it was hard i tried something other than the meatball sandwich, and once again left EXTREMELY happy. I can't wait to go back. The staff is friendly and the Manager...

Went here today for the first time with my husband. We got a small Italian and a medium beef brisket as a combo. First off the older gentleman that took our order was awesome! I also loved the decor. I had the small Italian and it was delicious, just the right size. My husband had the brisket and we were less than impressed with that sandwich. First thing we did not like was completely our fault for not reading carefully enough but mayonnaise on a BBQ sandwich was really unappealing. We also didn't think the BBQ sauce was very flavorful. One of the biggest issues was that the small Italian sandwich had significantly more meat than the medium brisket.
