I'm extremely disappointed! After purchasing a bedroom set which was damaged and took two and a half weeks to get a replacement dresser after the one that was delivered to me was damaged I decided to give your company a second chance because I needed chairs and a kitchen table. Today was that second chance opportunity, I went to the Coeur d'Alene store to purchase chairs because I needed them, then went to your Warehouse to pick them up because I didn't want to pay for delivery again, got home and was excited to assemble my newly purchased items. When I opened my purchased items after schlepping two seperate 60lb boxes upstairs by myself, I was greeted by the fact that after a long day once again I'm going to have to go through the process of returning and exchanging. I'm extremely disappointed and I also know the efforts it will take to make this right with what customer service I have to deal with 2 weeks ago....with that said I'm sad that I'll still be without a kitchen set for another month. And also sad that I'll probably be the one to have to return this to the warehouse and have to lift a heavy package up and down stairs by myself after I thought this was the last time. I'm really sorry to say but I don't think I'll be purchasing from this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe bought a table and chair set with a warranty in February 2018, didnt even receive it until late April 2018, in the beginning on June, a leg snapped off of a chair, we called right away and were told that they would order a new part for the chair which I don't know how a new leg is going to work for the part of the seat it was connected to as both pieces are shattered, they didnt order the part until June 25th, and when we called in July to find out what was going on, they had no answer for us. On August 26th, they called to say the part was supposed to be delivered Aug 21st, it is now October and we have been calling the warehouse between every week and every 2 weeks and they do not call us back, we call the store and they send us back to the warehouse or try to get answers from the warehouse themselves. Aubry has been very helpful but all in all, they place is an absolute nightmare. Our warranty will be gone by the time the chair gets fixed. They are so over priced for such cheap products that break within a month and a half of little use. I would not recommend this...

They advertise that you have 360 days to test the mattress, you can get a full refund if you don't love it. We tried to get a refund and they said we couldn't get a refund only exchange. We went and picked another mattress that was more firm as we wanted something more firm. Was cheaper than the nectar so got 50 store credit for future purchases. First night when that mattress was delivered, not even had been laid on we noticed it had a bulge right in the middle!! Big bulge. The mattress has spring boxes and was not even ever used. Now the bulges are everywhere! Looks worse than a 30 year mattress and only couple months old. If we would of been able to get the refund we might of been able to explore more options maybe not necessary with that store but we wouldnt have this awful experience every night trying to sleep in this horrible mattress. People work very hard to buy their stuff. False advertising really...
