MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane

My oldest daughter suggested MOD pizza for our dinner date. I had never been so I was optimistic. I said to myself, its pizza how much better could it be than the other places? I was pleasantly surprised, the first thing you'll see is the brick oven pizza making monster and a large easy to read menu. The Pies they make are awesome. The dough they use make the best crust you'll find in town. There topping are fresh and the deal is you can have as many of them as you want for no extra charge. I'm serious, load that baby up and prepare to loosen your belt for the extra room you're going to need. They offer imported sodas from Mexico and have AMAZING bottled cream soda. I noticed the healthy drink options next to the soda fountain too. This is a friendly, safe and clean environment for the family your family will enjoy. They have great prices especially considering the toppings hack I told you about. Each pizza is a personal pizza in size so you wont have to pick off the toppings someone else wanted. It your own pie. Don't forget to tip these guys, they do an amazing job making you feel welcome, cooking your pie to perfection and keeping the restaurant spotless. Used to love this place, however the past few times I've gone in I've noticed a change in personnel. Where there were nice, friendly, cool collage aged workers there are now older, scaggier people. Is this age discrimination, you bet! Who would you rather make your pizza cool collage Joe or 45 year old, meth mouth, Aunt Jodie? The whole time they argued about who's break it was next. They have totally gotten off Mod's brand at this location. Guess I go to the others from now on.

Update 2 months later: WOW horrible service! Made the mistake of going in at 6 on Fri. One person working the line (kinda felt bad for her but she was kinda doddling). A couple guys that didn't really seem to have any specific job sort of wondering around behind the counter. Sat there for 10 mins after my pizza came out watching it sit there getting cold. I finally had to go up and as the guy if I could just have it while there was a few degrees over room temp left in it. Scuzzy, unkempt employees with bad attitude. If I was the owner of this branch I'd fire everyone and start fresh....

OMG! I am in love with this place. Surprisingly, I've never eaten there before, at any of them and I'm kicking my own butt for waiting this long. Imagine Subway for pizza. So many fresh ingredients you can choose to put on your pizza and all different kinds of sauces. Everything is lined up in front of you so you actually watch them make it. The prices are much cheaper than any pizza place I've ever been to. For an 11 inch pizza it was somewhere around $7.50 and for a mini pizza was around $4.50. They even have Grilled artichoke hearts.
