DO NOT EAT AT ZIPS!!!

I haven't been to this particular location, however I have been to five others, and due to the consistency at each restaurant I feel that it is a chain-wide issue.

Every single order, there has been some kind of issue. The rude staff doesn't seem to care much for their job nor the company they're representing, as if most of them are still in high school and lack the maturity of an adult or look like they're fresh out of prison or rehab and have forgotten what, "mature," means. (Or at the least, "customer service.") If a sandwich is supposed to come with toppings, you can expect those to be left out, despite your protest. If you want condiments, you can expect to pay an arm and/or a leg, depending on the cashier. If you want hot, salted fries, or any hot food, better go elsewhere because everything is served cold, dry, and with ungloved hands, leaving only to the imagination what may come with your food (or a surprise health inspection). If you order drive-through, you'll pay for your meal, check your bag, need a correction made, then you'll check your bank statement at home and find out you were charged a few extra bucks (and nevermind being given a new receipt!). If you order in the dining room to go, you'll be served your food in a tray by a stereotypical employee in Hollywood fashion screaming your name to the entire restaurant like you're a criminal, just to watch them loathe you for correcting that you're order is to go, while they, again with an ungloved hand, shovel everything into a bag like you're a damn pest to the business.

Knowing that this is how the business operates, it makes me sick to see how many there are in the metro area, that the owners of the enterprise are banking on absolutely poor quality customer service and horrible food being served while violating who knows how many health codes. The question begs to be asked, "is this all because of how the employees are being treated?"

With my advice, no matter how good or awesome a local or your buddy makes Zips sounds, DON'T!! Save your digestive system and your wallet, pick a different fast food place or a local restaurant you can support. Don't give in to their, "Oh, THAT location sucks, TRY THIS ONE!" Or, "You went at a bad time, try THIS TIME!" OR EVEN "You ordered a bad menu item, TRY THIS ONE!" DO. NOT. GIVE. IN. TO. THEM!! You will thank me. Even if majestically a Zips employee or owner makes it into the paper for saving a handful of kittens, I wouldn't support their business, and honestly hope others would do the same. I don't even understand how they're able to get positive reviews that...

Sadly, I'm changing my five-star review to a one-star review. All it takes is one rude employee to ruin it for everyone.

Tonight I drove through this restaurant to get dinner for my family. My left hand is injured and I can't grasp anything with it and when I asked Wisdom, the young lady who was staffing the drive-thru window, if she would please hand me my bags one by one, she rolled her eyes at me. I asked her why she was rolling her eyes and she proceeded to throw the next bag of food at me instead of hand it to me. When I asked her why she threw the food at me she turned her back on me and slammed the drive-thru window.

Needless to say, I was upset. I called and asked to speak with the manager and spoke with someone named Tim. Tim apologized but didn't sound very sorry and told me that he would speak with her. Sadly, I am not filled with confidence that anything will change. I will not be patronizing this location any longer.

This is actually the second time this same employee has been rude to me, I had forgotten when I was speaking to the manager on the phone because I was so upset and flabbergasted that an employee would actually throw food at someone that I had forgotten the last time I had driven through the restaurant the same person was staffing the drive-thru window and was rude to me that time as well. So, I won't go back to this establishment and I would encourage others to seek sustenance...

One of the worst experiences with any fast food places I've ever had. I wanted to ask for my money back but my lady wouldn't let me. We have been in the drive thru line for 32 minutes and all we ordered was a medium shake and small onion rings! After finally getting to the window 10 minutes ago we were asked to pull forward. Having other things to do aside from sit in the zips parking lot I just wanted to be done and get on our way. My girlfriend who was less agitated than myself went in to see what the status was of our order cause at the time I would have been very rude. She just came back out and tells me that 1 thought they had already given it to somebody (not us however, your welcome stranger), the employee at the window said age "thinks" she accidentally threw out the order!? So they make a new shake and then looked at my lady thinking that they were done until she asked about her onion rings to which they then started making them. We've now been here at Zips for a fantastic total of 42 minutes. They just gave my girlfriend her onion rings and were leaving. Oh wow! You've got to be kidding me! I just took a drink of the shake finally and it's the wrong damn flavor! Just went from a 3 star...

The burger was a tad salty, the cheese wasn't melted, the soda pop dispenser in the lobby is filthy, lacked ice, and definitely tasted like they dont clean the soda machine everyday. Several table tops and booth seats were sticky. The female cashier at the drive-through is extremely lacking customer service and professionalism. When the lobby is lacking ice, and a customer just wants ice, don't snatch the cup and roll your eyes. When a customer said thank you several times and you say nothing in return, you should find another job as dealing with people is not your thing. When our order number was said, I went up to get fry sauce, and I saw her kicking an empty box that was on the floor, and didn't bother to pick it up. I would recommend not going inside, and going through the drive-through instead. You won't have to deal with rude customer service, but yet you'll still get a pretty good juicy burger. With the drive-through being as busy with one cook, and he's still delivering tasty food, that dude deserves a raise. First and Last Zips Trip for Division.

Old fashioned burgers at affordable prices. Ordered a bacon cheese burger and a drink, but got a burger and fries. They were actually great fries, hot and fresh, but just not ordered. The bacon was a little too thick for burgers so you ended up with the whole piece rather than bite by bite. But hey, it's 🥓 bacon. There is something comforting about the greasy spoon, griddled cooked burger when you are travelling, that tells us all is right with the world. Zip's delivered that.

This was my first experience with a Zips being from out of state. The locations was a tad run down, but staff were helpful and friendly and the fish was especially delicious. I asked for recommendations from staff and received no less than five. We ordered a bunch of food, a hurricane with gummy worms (at our toddler's request) and a vanilla malt and we're pleased with all of it.
