Before I share my opinion id like to clarify that I have been to exactly 253 Starbucks in Florida alone there are only about 600+ Starbucks in Florida by its self there is literally 1 Starbucks for every 30,000 people in this state.
Also before I go any further with this review id like to tell you that I've been here going to this location for the past day, and all of this morning and I have seen there service and equipment at this Starbucks location therefore what im reviewing is 100% accurate I assure you I take no sides because I know no one in this location yet... so my review will also be fair.
Now firstly the employees seem as if they are all rather new and receiving training because I've noticed they're social skills, speed, and accuracy when making drinks isn't on par compared to most of the other Starbucks locations. Secondly, this location despite the immense currency running through the Starbucks corporation lacks properly working equipment as I've seen that their machines sometimes mess up your coffee not coming out right with an odd taste every time something im not used to not to mention the location lacks the necessities for cleanliness and sanitization.
I asked one female employee for a Sani-Napkin to my surprise and for the first time ever I was told that this store doesn't carry them... I'm like hmmm that sucks because I ask for one each visit and I have always received one, or even two to clean my area if need be but mostly to wipe my touch screens. In this case, I needed it because I noticed the table I was sitting at the day before has the same exact coffee smudges from yesterday afternoon until the very moment I sat down this morning this store is very unclean as the bathroom lacked also the common toiletry necessities I had to hover over the seat just to go number two because the seat had urine all over it, and there was almost no toilet paper and absolutely no paper seat covers.
The store might also be sexist because I have seen not one male employee since I've been coming here which was yesterday, and this morning... That would explain why the men's bathroom is a reck.
Sadly I will give no more than two stars to this location sorry Starbucks corps, but you have the money to make it right I suggest that you do.
Firstly, start with stocking up on the necessities required to keep the store sanitary, secondly, hire or move some veteran male employees to this location this way the male restrooms can be cleaned properly, and thirdly, have your maintenance men come in and maintain this equipment theirs something wrong with the way I've seen drinks come out especially your main attraction the COFFEE... It usually comes looking way different than other locations drinks come out.
Starbucks corp I love your coffee shops, but please turn your attention to this store I understand you ladies, and gentlemen working at the Starbucks corporation plan on this locations remodeling in about 2 weeks, but if you don't tighten up on these few things it will be a brand new model with the same service which will be a waste of your money.

Please at least pretend to put in effort instead of being nonchalant. Please make the drink the way the customer ordered it not as you wanted them to have it. Also a VENTI is 20 oz cup please fill it 20 oz. Please provide the customer what they have in fact paid upfront to receive. I have gone bank in a couple of times because my cup is filled two inches shy of the rim which means Iām not getting what I paid for which is not honest of the barista.
Once again my order was not as I ordered. EXTRA HOT means extra hot but my coffee is lukewarm. Iām really of having to address the low work ethic of this establishment. Your link Is pointless. Please get it together. My latte is either a few oz less or not as hot as I ordered. Itās very frustrating especially after paying over $6 for a latte. Maybe you try holding them accountable for their lack of effort instead of the excuses.
After many gentle conversations with management or lead I have posted this review. Itās very disappointing to request my product be made the way I like and they still make it the way they want and then take offense to my disappointment in their lack of consideration for the customer. If the options given on the app are not within their capabilities then Starbucks should not even list them as options. No foam...

Thankfully, I was also only charged for one. Not a big deal, so I swung around and got the other two. The drive through has a stainless steel windows sil that during peak times of the day has a glare from the sun so bright you'd think you were on the sun itself. I mean really, they probably could have chose a different windows sil, but again, not a big deal. To the positives now. I ordered a venti blended strawberry lemonade. I've never had one, and usually dont get drinks from starbucks myself since I dont drink caffeine. When I took the first sip, I was taken to nostalgia town. I explained it to my boyfriend like this, before asking him to try it himself. Imagine you're getting ready to take a bubble bath, but you don't actually have "bubble bath" soap. So you get the water started and you grab your bottle of strawberries and cream suave shampoo. You squirt a heaping amount in the tub and make the bubbles chest high. You scoop some luscious bubbles up in your hands and you put them on your face to imitate Santa's beard. You accidentally get some light foamy bubbles in your mouth. That is what this drink tastes like. My boyfriend agrees....
