My mom got a Pappas restaurant gift card and my wanted Pappasitos after church. Went to this location to order Togo food. The young man at the togo counter was very friendly, professional, warm and thorough. After placing my order and paying he said I could sit in the bar area or in the waiting area and he could bring me a soda or tea. I decided to wait at the bar and ordered a hot water with lemon. He brought it to me. The bartender’s were all great too. They were very attentive, professional and nice as well. My order was ready within 15 minutes, maybe less. He went over the order that I placed, everything was correct on paper and I left. (I started to check the boxes but didn’t) Got home and the sauce for my enchiladas was missing. I was upset but more so because I didn’t check myself and I was famished. I called and spoke with Helen, gave her my order # and complained that I had to drive back to get my order. She assured me that they would fix it. I drove there and my new order was ready within 2 minutes of arriving. She and another gentleman (he had Trainer on his name tag) were apologetic, professional and very nice. Both of my entrees were replaced. I am pleased with the way they handled the situation and learned to not get that hungry again. Lol
Thanks to the entire staff that worked Sunday Dec.4, 2022 You guys are doing...
Read moreWhen my party and I arrived, there was a 25 minute wait due to a shortage in staff. Our waitress ended up being super nice and made several suggestions and accommodations for our budget. Speaking of budget, the prices here have shot through the roof and I don't see how this is ideal for everyday consumers. A fajita player was &74 + and for 4 become wrapped shrimp, it was somewhere around $18. Inflation has gotten the best of the restaurant industry! Geesh! Our bill ended up being $126, not including tip. 😑 our once a week visit is going to have to be a once every other month visit. The restaurant parking lot was half full and the inside was around 75% full. Many people walked out after hearing there was a significant wait on an early Monday evening. I don't see how their prices are going to be sustainable for customers. On the contrary, our food was hot and delicious, our drinks were good, our chips were super salty, but were remade, and were were offered a complimentary dessert for the long wait it took to remake the chips. I give it 4 stats because the restaurant was working at a disadvantage but delivered as far as food quality, presentation, and customer service. However, finding that sweet spot between profit, inflation, and practical consumer pricing needs immediate attention! The fan base isn't going to last long here with...
Read moreI went to Pappasito’s Cantina on a recent Thursday night with a friend after work. We were greeted very kindly, and that was just the beginning. I took note of the vibrant and eclectic culture, the lively dining room, and the very clean environment.
Shortly, after being seated, we were treated by the most fantastic service I have ever experienced in my life. The server Noah was new, but was willing to do anything to make sure we had a perfect dining experience. Shortly thereafter; our incredibly delicious meals were delivered by smiling proud faces. The restaurant manager Javier came by to make sure everything was to our liking. It wasn’t the usual “ hi I’m the manager” talk. This man asked us how we enjoyed our meal, and the full experience, and we could do was gush to him how delighted we were.
I cannot say enough how important the strong customer-focused culture in this restaurant was on full display. After leaving the restaurant, the man who dined with me and I talked about how more businesses (not just restaurants) should be run so efficiently and with such pride and customer satisfaction being number one on their minds. This restaurant is an amazing experience and look forward...
