This used to be my favorite place to get pizza. There used to be a very nice man that worked there. Whenever the pizza was late or not done right, (which used to be kinda rare) he would either give us a discount, or let us get a free item. He was an amazing employee, and TBH I think he was the best employee there. But I think he got another job at another restraunt. And ever since then this location has never been the same. I have experienced TERRIBLE customer service multiple times. One time we ordered a pizza, and we went to go pick it up. But when we got there, there were a lot of ppl there waiting for a pizza. A lot of ppl wanted refunds, and when we FINALLY got our pizza the man was rude to us, kept ignoring us, and when we were trying to ask him a question, he ignored us until he finally looked up. Then when we asked to see how much longer the wait was (bcuz they said that our pizza should have been done like over 30 mins earlier), he acted like he didn't care, kept rolling his eyes, and spoke like he didn't care. They didn't do the pizza very well anyway, but we didn't want them to redo it, bcuz everyone was rude, and we figured that of we were to tell the manager that the pizza needed to be redone, then he might do something to it ( like spit in it) because he was that mad. This was around Christmas time too. My mom and I were going home that evening to at least enjoy some pizza, watch a Christmas special, and have some nice bonding time. But that got pushed farther in the night because the pizza was late. We ordered extra sauce and they barely put any. We left a really bad review on pizza hut that day, and after that, when we came back later (cuz after that we've been going to other locations), the man didn't work there anymore. Presently, they're pizzas aren't bad. Idk how the customer service is because I don't pick up the pizzas, my parents do while I get the movies ready. The pizzas are great, but they tasted better when the other man worked there. The pizzas that we make at our house are WAY BETTER than pizza hut pizza. That's why we rarely order for. There anymore. That place used to be a warm, tasty, friendly place. But now it's cold, and just some ordinary (maybe worse) pizza store. They're pizzas back then were delicious, but they're pizzas now are just ok. But don't get me wrong, some other ppl may say something different and have a different experience. I'm not saying there bad (as of right now), but I'm also not saying that they're good. Sometimes they may be in a good mood and whip up an great pizza, or other times they'll either just give you a regular pizza (if that). And although they're customer service has improved, you still have to catch them on a good mood. But I highly recommend that you make your own pizza dough in a bread maker using a recipe and stuff, so you can personalize the pizza your self and make it just right. But if you want to order, Papa John's on Grogans Mill rd in the Woodlands (in TX), is the BEST place to go. They're customer service doesn't stand out, but it's great. They're pizza is like no other, it's AMAZING! I highly recommend that place when...
Read morePlace the order today at 6:46 PM. At 7:41. My order still show that it was being made. So I called the establishment to check on my order, I was told they were awaiting drivers to bring it out, but didn’t know the timeframe. They asked me if I was willing to come get it, so I said yes I would come get it. When I got there, the order of wings were not even ready. mind you my total bill was $79.33. When they try to give me my order they try to give me the same receipt, I asked the person at the register to refund me my tip for delivery as well as removing the delivery charge. He explained that it would all go back to the card, I told him I was OK with that. I just wanted to receipt showing that everything‘s being refunded. He said he could not do that only the manager could do it. I explained to him that if I go anywhere or any other department store and I’m returning something or getting a refund for something I always receive a receipt showing that it’s going to be returned to whatever card I used. he explained that his passcode or his password doesn’t allow him to do that, I understand is not his fault and I wasn’t mad at him at all but that is definitely a management issue. I have always preferred Pizza Hut over any other pizza establishment, but the service or lack of is going to keep me going elsewhere. I don’t understand how you run an establishment when you have employees or night shift, supervisors, or what, not without the same access to make decisions on behalf of the actual manager, to be expected to run the business. as I said before, this is not his fault, this is a poorly run managerial position. Because he couldn’t show me any proof that I would be refund of anything like any other place I’ve ever been to could do so I told him to go ahead and take the complete order back and still cannot provide me with the receipt I was told that the manager was the only one capable of doing this, I asked let me speak to the manager manager on site. I left the food with the receipt for almost $80 and look forward to speaking with the manager tomorrow.
Still never received my refund. I guess they really needed the money. Charged me for services not delivered. No manager available, this place has gone to crap in the...
Read moreSaturday 8/24 I ordered $43 dollars worth of pizza which came out to $50 after the tip. I ordered it at around 8:30PM or so. I tried to call to make changes to my order immediately after and was put on hold by two different employees, even after asking the second one not to put me on hold because I had already been holding for ~15 minutes. After another 10 minutes I gave up. It was scheduled to be there around 10:30PM. By 11:30PM we were still looking for our pizza and still could not reach anyone at the store, which was closing at 12AM, so we spoke to a call center. They offered to cancel my order right away but it was too late to get food from anywhere else and I had a party full of people waiting to eat so I asked them to please bring it. They finally got a hold of the driver and he had to make several other deliveries before going back to the store to finally make our pizzas, which arrived sometime after 12, about 4 hours after ordering online, and after half my guests had already left. It wouldn't have been so ridiculous if they didn't charge such an outrageous delivery fee ($3.50-$4.00) to bring the pizza LITERALLY 2 minutes down the road from their store. But when you can't drive you pay what you have to. They did end up comping the pizza, which was nice, and it was warm when it arrived, so I really think they just forgot to make it. Honestly though I'd much rather have food on time that I have to pay for than have free food that takes THAT long. They said they were short staffed, which I believe. All in all not the worst delivery experience I've had but it was pretty stressful and not at all what I wanted to deal with when I had an entire party to manage already. Ordering pizza was supposed to take some of the pressure off of me so I could enjoy the time with my friends. I appreciate that they did what they could to make it right but I will be ordering from somewhere else next time to avoid this. I don't blame the individual employees for being short staffed but judging by my experience and a lot of these other reviews, this location needs to rethink their...
