Today, I had a strong craving for breakfast, so I decided to place an online order. I opted for their breakfast sandwiches and the new hazelnut latte, which was absolutely delicious. Upon arrival, I was informed that the honey crullers I ordered would take an additional 3 minutes, and the staff offered me an alternative. However, as honey crullers are my favorite and I rarely indulge in them, I opted to wait. After parking near the entrance, a young man promptly arrived with my order and mentioned that the drinks would be brought out shortly.
To my surprise, the same man I met at the window, later came out with an extra drink that I hadn't ordered. He explained that it was a new drink set to debut the next day, and he wanted me to try it, before he even had the chance to. This thoughtful gesture, along with his kind demeanor, made me feel truly valued as a customer. Despite a minor error in my order, I was so touched by the exceptional service that it didn't bother me at all. This experience highlighted two things: the impact of customer service on our enjoyment of food and the kindness that still exists in people. However today who I’m guessing he was the manager as he barked out order, chucked food at the trash can and hit the front of it and it’s all over the floor because he missed. I would say to him as a child stood there watching you act like this and other customer are in line and your “new” employees are frozen still from you screaming at them, if you hate your job that much then I think you should find a new one or concern anger management. You also displayed some other questionable things like slamming the door shut and screaming at another employee about bags. As she told you to calm down and everyone is working as hard as they could. You also didn’t get my food right but I was so appalled I didn’t bring it back because I don’t want you making my food. Do better. I wasn’t yelling to hurry up the line outside around the building wasn’t yelling at you. The only person angry was you Sr. Your new employee aren’t going to last long seems to be an issue from my eyes but I wouldn’t stay someone treated me like this. My wait time today was 25 mins. The past 3 times I've visited the latte machine is down (WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE IF IT BREAKS EVERY WEEK?) and they recommend an iced coffee that is similar... It's def just coffee and milk. Bitter and not even close to a Nutella latte. It's gross, and I end up tossing it.
Just had my husband go through, and he ordered the Nutella latte AGAIN.. Where is the whipped cream? The toppings that the website specifically mentions? It's disgusting. He was rushed. And our donuts aren't correct either. The only thing that's right is the bacon, egg & cheese English muffin.
