Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Springdale

This is the first time I've ever had to leave a bad review for a Braum's restaurant but the Braum's on Thompson Avenue in Springdale, AR at night is horrible. There really needs to be a zero star option on google.. So I pulled into the restaurant tonight at approx. 9:45pm. The line only had 4 cars in it so I figured probably not to bad of a wait. I was WRONG.. I thought each car had a big order or something but by the time I got to the drive thru I realized what was up. When you pull up to the menu the girl tells you to please give her a minute. About ten minutes later she finally takes my order. I had to repeat it 4 times to get it right (no wonder the long line). So I figured they were shorthanded. To my surprise when I finally got to the window @ 10:30 there were over 7 teenagers just hanging out laughing and joking. Oh well I was committed by that time. There was one car behind me that was committed as well but after their ten minute wait at the menu they were told "sorry we are closed" mind you the store closed at 10:45 and it was 10: 35. (not to mention they left the window open so I heard the whole conversation if they should take their order or not). I was asked to pull up (obviously) even though I only had two burger meals. I asked if she know what the wait was and she told me "no clue". Finally 10 minutes later I get my food. When I get home the picture attached is what they call a Bacon cheeseburger. Now I used to be a bachelor so I know what microwaved bacon looks like. The least the could do was microwave a few more pieces to make it cover the patty. HORRIBLE SERVICE! BUT, THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY ALL YOUR DAIRY PRODUCTS! That being said, I am a night shift nurse so I buy breakfast or shop early... Like 730am! Can't really say they look happy to see me...I almost always get that disappointing look that says... "Ugh... Why are you up so early on a Sat/Sun?" The guys are usually alot nicer than the ladies...I mean they try & I get it but, customer service is their greatest asset!! (any restaurant/retail business) BRAUMS, plz teach these youngsters what that means!!

So, a 5 star for dairy & cleanliness, a 4 food & 3 stars for customer service! (& I am being kind with the 3 bcuz its almost always poor! Braums you have got to fix that! I asked for xtra ice & the young lady took it back & almost...seriously threw it back at me along with an eye roll & walked off! I was seriously the only customer at the time! I mean she was already there! Make the best of it!

As a nurse I too have customer/patient care! Wouldn't you hate a nurse like that?? Anytime of the day you come see me...I WILL ALWAYS TAKE THE BEST CARE OF YOU! Anything else is UNACCEPTABLE! Right? My first visit back since this pandemic started it was extremely disappointing this is one of my favorite restaurants in the area and today was a disappointment in quality and service over what I received I ordered a triple cheeseburger with extra onions and the entire Burger look like so because when they completely thrown together when the patties was almost halfway and hanging off to one side she's just on there on the edge of one side the onions was practically throwing them outside with a whole slice from Corte outside on one end of the burger it was messy hard to eat and if it wasn't for the fact I didn't have time I'd have gone back I've been nice restaurant business for over 40 years and that kind of quality is unacceptable again it was one of my favorite stores I'm hoping this will be the only time it happens I will admit this was a rarity and this situation with the store but I'm not sure if they have new management new employees and haven't been back since pandemic started hopefully this will not be a repeat because if it is management will...
